Got an appointment same day and then new screen and new battery finished in one hour no fuss it was however quite expensive close to £100

Unfortunately I have to leave very bad review. I visited our local repair shop to repair my iPad I paid 220 pounds for repair that didn’t work and now my iPad is back in the shop and they want to charge me again for the same repair please don’t use this company

I take a lot of iPhone's in (I manage a business iPhone fleet) and they always do a great job and very flexible with time.

The staff were friendly and professional and replaced the screen on my mobile phone within the hour. This was a genuinely good experience.

Handed in phone for screen repair in the morning and had it back in the afternoon the same day. Great service and work. Will definitely visit again.

The guys at Uxbridge branch are very honest & highly knowledgeable. They came back with a quick analysis and I was super impressed with their diagnosis. They even cleaned my phone and charged it up! So sweet of them! They are much nicer than the guys who work at Apple, so if your reading this then check out the Uxbridge branch! You are in very safe hands:)

ive used the Shepperton branch twice now, once for a new Sony experia screen and now for an Ipad mini 4 screen. Both times the service has been excellent and the turnaround time is impressive. Dropped the ipad mini off at about 2pm, it was ready a couple of hours later all working

The website stated 20% off first orders upon checkout the code did not work. I contacted customer services who told me the phone that I wanted to purchase was refurbished but again it clearly stated that it was a new device in big bold letters. I personally would not recommend them as there is alot of false advertisement on there website.

I was quoted more than £250 to replace the earpiece in my 3 year old, but otherwise perfect iPhone 7. After a 15 minute wait outside the Applestore I was told that I would have to make an appointment for Saturday. I went downstairs to the Phone Surgery in The Oracle in Reading, and one and a half hours later collected my repaired phone for £49.99. Great service, nice people and a twelve month guarantee. Nuff said.
