I have about 12 of these 12"x12" canvas and have been very pleased with quality and service, I did try another supplier but was very unhappy with the quality, so have gone back to photo canvas, I always take advantage of the 3 for 2 pricing, so get these in batches of 3.

Needed a large panoramic canvas print …
Needed a large panoramic canvas print of our family group at my wife's 70th birthday event. Took a while to find a company that could do the work. So pleased I found Photo-Canvas. Their service was very speedy, two day from order to delivery. The colours are very vivid and the contrast good.The product was of very good overall quality and the price was in line with other outlets which did similar area prints but not panoramic. I am very satisfied with the canvas which now has pride of place on our lounge wall.

Quality and service second to none. Highly recommended
This is the second canvas print I've ordered and the quality and speed of delivery is absolutely fantastic.
The website is very easy to use and although the prices are higher than elsewhere the quality is worth the extra.
It is now the only place I will go to for any future canvas prints I want. The first one is a few years old and there is no fading at all so am very happy with the results.
Great company to deal with!

The team has just emailed and texted you asking you for pictures of the canvas you received so we can help further (also I see that your original image is actually blurry - the size is fine but not the image itself which explains why the system didn't stop it - it is very important before uploading to check in your computer that the photos you want printed are of decent quality to be printed).
