Bought magic mirror of these guys about 1 year ago , had numerous problems with it and tried to call and email them with no reply, they need to sort there technical support out!
Please send email to support At photo booths with your problem, oh no response please try response at photo booths but no response , what a joke pay the extra and get proper technical support

Low quality photo booths made from plastic. Break very easy and customer service is not interested. Carry bags are just as cheap and not fit for purpose. A very big company who operates like here today gone tomorrow operators. We (public) very trusting hence they still running . Shameful
For those who have been told to right we are quick to judge its been 6 months since my purchase. I have seen the quality and customer service. The design is a good idea but the quality of build and materials lack.

What a great company this is!! The best service you can get. From the first moment on I was incredibly well tolerated by Mrs. Addis. I am an entrepreneur abroad and I was afraid that the great distance would be an obstacle. Everything was less true. The collaboration was excellent and Ms. Addis literally took all the time to answer every question I had. I can only say that this is the best company I've worked with so far.

Everything is patiently explained and guided in the right direction. Thank you PhotoboothS for all the help and the delivery of the mirror. This was certainly not the last order with you. I found my supplier. Thank you so much and in particular Mrs Kelly Addis !!

Great service. No problems at all. Don’t believe everything you read on the internet, as far as i’m concerned a large company like this is never going to please everyone so can only go off my own experience.

Thank you all at Photobooths for being so patient with us. A few unexpected personal issues meant we had to postpone our collection for a couple of months and the team were so understanding. We are fully up and running with the business now and can't thank the whole team enough for all their help and support. The software is great and straight forward so even if you don’t have computer experience it’s simple to work out and use.

Other people moaning about after care etc.. not sure what people expect. Have never had a problem with the support team, always on hand whenever i have contacted them out of hours.

Purchasing from overseas is always a concern but these guys and gals were great throughout. It was great that we could have a Skype showroom visit which saved us having to spend money on flights etc. They arranged all the shipping for us. Very smooth process.

I got exactly what i was promised, no complaints from me and i got a free Photobooths mug!

Having been let down by another company i contacted Photobooths and felt reassured straight away. Visited them and they even let me load a mirror into my vehicle because i was worried it wouldn’t fit despite measuring it. Gave me loads of hints and tips and i love that they include 6 months free referrals. Would totally recommend them and will certainly be purchasing from them again in the near future if the business kicks off for me.

I’ve been a customer of this company for nearly 5 years now and have purchased different products from them always had good service and they have helped me out of a few pickles.

Great service and well built product.

No complaints from me. Slight problem on day of collection where an item had been missed off my order but it was all sorted straight away with no dramas. I think a lot of people are very quick to point fingers and moan and most of the time you only hear one side of the story. There’s always two sides people!!!! Maybe it’s all in the approach and delivery of a complaint. Thanks for a great service and an extra special thanks for my very own Photobooths mug!!

I came across one of their Mirror’s at an event last year and loved it. Got in touch with them about the possibility of starting my own business. They gave me loads of advice and went through the pro’s and con’s. Didn’t just flower it up. They don’t claim to have the best software on the market but their software does everything needed for an event which is what i wanted. Collected my mirror last month and can’t fault it.

Quick enough to take your money but when you actually need support they don't want to know. Their equipment is poorly built, their storage bags fall apart and their management block you when you have something negative to say regarding their EQUIPEMENT. My mirror didn't even last a year and they wanted to charge me over £80 plus Vat for labour alone!!!!!! RIP OFFS!!!!!!!! I wish I would have spent the extra few grand and gone with another company. BE WARNED!!!

Purchased my booth at the beginning of the year. Was a a little worried because i was unable to visit the showroom due to being based in Scotland but the sales team were kind enough to offer me Skype session before my purchase so i was still able to see the products. The training process was great, Martin who did our training answered all of the questions we had written down (and there were alot!!). Everyone there was very welcoming on the day. Have contacted them a few times since and each time they have assisted our attendants especially on our first event when we went into panic mode and simply forgot some of the basics. Knowing that we have the 24/7 support is like a comfort blanket. Will certainly be a returning customer.

Shocking company wouldn’t buy from these again and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else buying.
Would have given no stars but not an option unfortunately.
Bought an SE from them brilliant while their getting your money but support is shocking never got to the bottom of anything I asked.
Equipment poor quality only had it a couple of months and things started to break.

Skins got holes in, bags ripped, connections snapped, red carpet was shocking, green stand doesn’t even stand, Hollywood frame which I paid extra for bits have snapped and bulbs have gone,pc broke just after a year which means I not only have a computer broke but have to replace software, plastic sides are flimsy and have snapped in the centre.

I think that’s it but I’m probably missing something, all I ever get is it’s not under guarantee even though I’m still paying for something I can use unless I replace all the stuff. Which means purchasing certain things from PB (which is definitely not happening).

Disgusting company DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

One star is being generous, I would give zero stars if I could. Most expensive software on the market and also the worst out there with terrible customer service to match. Non existant aftersales support. How is this company even still in business. Stay clear as you will be ripped off.

Excellent company and the staff is very helpful. I have been using my photo booth for almost an year now and never had any issue!

I would like to speak to other members of the public who have had problems with photobooths.co.uk. Please do not purchase from here. They are only interested in selling you the booth and have no aftercare service. You will send them an email with all your issues and complaints yet they will ignore most of the points and just ask you to bring it in for review. I would not like anyone else to go through this stressful experience so please avoid.
