Despite having my Mirror Booth quite …

Despite having my Mirror Booth quite some time I've been a bit slow off the mark with events, the support helped me to get up to speed spending time going through everything I needed for my first event. Fantastic service from the support team.

Good Quality Equiptment and Good Support

Purchased a magic Mirror flite and Magic Mirror SE. Been running my small business just over a year. Very friendly staff and happy to help with any questions I’ve had about either product. Support has now ran out but they were brilliant. Helping me with any questions I have. I will be purchasing another support package along with looking into the table selfie.

They're so called 24/7 support??

They're so called 24/7 support is disgraceful! I wished I had never purchased off them in the first place. I was at an event and wanted some assistance reference the magic mirror infact it was for the camera as it was blurry and followed all the instructions that were available, with no luck I contacted they're '24/7 shoddy support' to get an email back to say if I had af pre focus on(beta) and in the the camera, I've replied back saying yes everything is in place & asked if they can call me to run a test maybe like the did last time as I was fortunate enough to have free wifi. Not only did I not get a reply via email they didn't call me either leaving me stranded on an event night. However when they sales girls were selling me the mirror they said don't worry about support we will help whenever you need, at an event or not! The service I have received is appalling and the just to say that they don't give a monkey once they got your money! Poor poor service from they're 24/7 support. I managed to fix the problem and continue at the event but seriously people sort yourselves out especially the 24/7 support which really isn't!

photo booth skins are poor quality and don't fit all booths. Service is poor!!!

Its really sad that i have to leave this review as it takes alot to disappoint me . I purchased a phototbooth skins from this company via ebay. The quality of the skins are poor and they do not fit all photo booths.

On the listing they don't include the sizes for their skins and they also dont display them on their website. i have called them on mulitple occasions explaining that it doesn't fit my photo booth and if they could at least exchange them to fit and give me an address to send them back. The customer service staff member marie is useless. All i have been getting told for the past 2 weeks is that " i cant help you as that is a different team you need to speak to but they cant take your call, they only email you".

The company are happy to take your money but don't want to refund or exchange your item even though it clearly states in the ebay listing that your can return within 7days for a refund?

Avoid this company at all costs!!!

I own and run a number of Photo Booths …

I own and run a number of Photo Booths and Magic Mirrors along with other supplied products form Photobooth's.co.uk and would happily recommend to start ups and existing businesses alike.

I have experienced a couple of hardware issues that were resolved in under a week with one being sorted in the support teams Christmas break. The support team have always been excellent also.

I am now waiting for the next products to be released to add to my portfolio. Thanks Tim and Team

Just don't bother.

Do you love poor customer service? Like spending money on poor quality products not fit for purpose? Then make sure you shop at photobooths.co.uk

I have run a photo booth company for a number of years now, initially purchasing my photo booth from photobooths.co.uk.
The PC they provided with the package is woefully under-powered. The hard drive is entry level and the RAM is tiny, all resulting in slow start up times, frequent freezing and crashing. I have since upgraded to new PC with a solid state hard drive which has made significant improvements. Unfortunately the booth software written/provided by this company is extremely basic and clunky.
Their after sales support is terrible. I spoke with them to transfer the software over between PC's after explaining to them the inadequacy of the product they provided it took numerous phone calls and emails before they would believe there was a problem.

To be clear, I was not asking for a refund. I just want the product they provided to actually work! I purchased the new PC and just wanted the software I had already purchased transferred.

I have also purchased new skins for my booth (£300+), due to the old ones coming to the end of their life. The replacements sent by photobooths.co.uk are of such a poor quality they are see-through and the interior of the booth can be seen! The company were contacted and they stated that the skins had not changed and were the same as the original ones the provided when the booth was initially purchased. They refused return of the substandard goods and refused to consider a refund.

I have read on other reviews that Photobooths.co.uk are covered by the FCA. It is in fact their sister company Resus Digital which are covered by the FCA. I will be lodging a complaint about their conduct with the ombudsman.

I will not be making any further purchases from this company. They are only interested in making a quick sale and have no interest in customer service, generating repeat business or cultivating any form of relationship with their customers. They are happy knocking out substandard products at the lowest possible production cost with no regard to quality.

Disgusting Service Avoid this company!

Roughly 2 years ago I went to Photobooths to purchase a new booth which I was extremely pleased with. The after support at the time was quite good with the software etc. Couple of years into the business running we decided to replace the white gloss skins with some new ones to give the booth a fresh appearance. I made contact with Photobooths and placed the order for the new skins. When they arrived we tested them out at the next event which was 2 days after they arrived on a Friday evening. The skins were obviously not of the same quality they were thinner and felt lighter and to be quite honest you could clearly see the quality difference. The booth lit up like a light bulb and all the internal parts of the booth could be seen through the skins.

I made contact with Photobooths on the next business day that being the Monday and expressed my concerns. I was told to put together evidence of the fact that the skins were thinner etc. So I did just that, I supplied photographic evidence and furthermore I completed a 6 minute demonstration video and anyone watching the video would clearly see that the skins were not of the same quality. Photobooths offered a discount on a new set of skins but insisted that this was not them admitting that they are in the wrong and more of a gesture of good will. We sent a number of emails to each other and photo booths repeatedly kept changing their stance on how they would deal with this situation. They insisted that I could not have a refund as I had them for 3 days…..I explained that I received the skins on a Thursday and used them on the Friday and reported the problem as soon as possible on the Monday, but no this was not good enough. Next, they changed their minds about investigating the problem and refused to watch my demonstration video.

I went to see an expert recently and will be compiling their evidence which supports our case. I have also had new skins made up by another company who state that this is not the first time Photobooths have dealt with someone like this!

I am a reasonable person but Photobooths are not. Be warned people before you part with your money.

I purchased my first ever Photo Booth …

I purchased my first ever Photo Booth in July from Photobooth.co.uk and I am extremely pleased with the process from the beginning to end. After meeting with the Sales team- they talked me through all of the products for me to make the right decision which i definitely did!
I've read other people's reviews and I can confirm i have had a completely different experience and the whole team there are fantastic.
I personally would not trust anyone who would leave an anonymous review and I would recommend anyone looking to get into this industry to visit the Photo Booth team

I purchased my first booth from this …

I purchased my first booth from this company around 6 years ago and found them to very helpful and supportive. I have seen how the company has grown throughout the years and have purchased various other products over the past few years. The support team have always been very patient with me as i am not very tech savvy at all so when i have encountered any issues it does usually end up being my own user error. I have noticed people on other reviews saying that the the support team have not answered the phone or not got back to people but i can happily say that the team have always helped me even with the simplest of things.

Stay clear of this cowboy company!

Stay clear of this cowboy company!! Bought a Magic Mirror from them to find problem after problem. Product was wrongly described as lightweight when it weights over 180kg, software is constantly crashing and they DO NOT HELP OR CARE. Once they have your money they turn there backs. When we tell them the software crashes all the time they make out like it's the way we handle it...funny how we've heard other people have the same issues and taken them to court. After your year is up they have no interest in helping with any technical difficulties and after saying they are constantly "updating" the software we have had no recorded updates since December - 6 months. Maria and Kelly are terrible at their job and will be smiley and nice when they are trying to sell you their product then laugh at you if you ever have a problem or need their help. No response from the "emergency support" when at an event...not for 24 hours anyway what a joke. We had to pack up our event and refund the customer as the rubbish software froze yet again, the touch screen didn't work yet again and after numerous calls to 24/7 support got no answer all night. Embarrassment and an absolute shambles of a company. THEY RIP YOU OFF, STAY WELL CLEAR. Lots more better photobooth products out there guys!! Don't get sucked in!!
