Amazing service! My discount code was f workjng, customer service was so responsive and got it fixed. Then the frame was scratched but customer service sent me a new one out right away. So impressed, will be using again!

The delivery time was longer than expected. Communication wasn’t great and then when delivery arrived one of the frames had a crack right across the glass. I informed them, but as of yet have received no refund or replacement. Disappointed, I won’t be using them again.

Quick delivery, well packaged, no damage unlike other frame companies that I have used.

Good quality despite not being real wood, backing board is sturdy. Would order from here again.

I ordered the 12x12 Oxford frame in White. There was a delay with shipping but the customer services team were really helpful and resolved quickly. Lovely frame, would definitely order again.

I had some 7x5 pictures of my daughter and her pony I wanted to put in a frame for her. I then realised how difficult it was to find a frame for multiple photos that were not 6x4. The ones I could find were over £40 and with expensive shipping on top were outwith my budget.
I emailed Photo Frames and Art to see if they had what I was looking for. Someone replied really quickly and offered to send links if I let them know what style and colour I was looking for. The website was so easy to search I actually found options myself. The frames were ordered on 26/11, shipped 28/11 and delivered 05/12 which is a very quick turnaround, especially given all the mail strikes.
I am so so pleased with the frames. They are really good quality and match in with existing ones I have. I have lots of other photos and pictures to frame for our new house so I know where to order from now. I just wish they did custom sizes too.

Bought four 12x12 square frames to display some of my 120 film prints. The frames are a nice construction, and the cardboard mount is good quality too, was very pleased to be able to mount my photos right away as some frames I've bought elsewhere have come with cheap mounts that aren't worth using. No marks or scratches on the glass. The order was dispatched quickly and arrived quickly too. Photos already up on the wall. Very happy.

I was pleased to find UK made frames at a reasonable price, and they look perfectly nice. But it's odd that A5 frames (without a mount) don't come with a hinged strut, so photos can only be hung on a wall. That's an awfully small picture to mount on a wall. I've now had to order replacement MDF backs with struts on eBay, which is a total hassle.

I ordered a frame and a print. The print was not shipped with my order, no explanation or communication and I have been charged for it. The frame arrived with some damage, although only minor. I have contacted and not yet heard anything back.
