I ordered a 12" vinyl frame in mint green. First time I've purchased from photoframesandart and could not be happier with the service received. I feel their prices are very reasonable, the packaging was excellent (and compostable/biodegradable: big bonus in my book) and the quality of the product spot on. I will definitely use this company again.

I needed an A3 frame with A4 mount. Photoframesandart provided an excellent product and at a very good price.
My original print art is shown off splendidly in the frame, which is well made and easy to use.

Replaced 12" vinyl plastic frames from amazon with wood and glass ones from photoframes&art. They were practically the same price and look 100 times better. Well packaged and fast delivery. 10 out of 10

Recently ordered a frame from Photoframesandart and was impressed with the speed of delivery along with the care and attention given to to packaging. Good value and exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered 3 frames which when they arrived one did not match, I contacted them and they sent out the matching frames immediately with no quibble and did not faff about with making me send the wrong ones back. Very happy with them now and can pass the other ones onto charity so they benefit too ! Thanks

This would have been a lower rate due to the delay in delivery, and the fact that the frame arrived and the glass was broken, despite being very well packaged. I informed the company via an e-mail, and they swiftly responded stating that they would send a replacement, which they did quite quickly. It is a quality product, well made. Cannot complain about their customer service.

Stupidly, I ordered the wrong size frame, so had to return it. Royal Mail special delivery failed to deliver the item on the day they stated, but because I could prove RMail stated it as delivered on their tracking site, these guys refunded my money and hoped the return item would arrive - which it finally did 2 days after it was supposed to!! I was impressed with this level of trust and service. I re-ordered the correct size album cover frame, which arrived very promptly and am delighted with it. Great service and great trust. Thank you.

Nice quality frames for a reasonable price. The first frame arrived damaged although it had been packaged really well - just one of those things, it happens in transit. I advised them by email and they replied first thing the next morning and arranged to send a replacement. Great service!

Purchased an item from here via online Marketplace Fruugo.com. Have been waiting since mid-April for item and have received nothing. Photoframesandart took money from my account almost immediately but the item never arrived. On 5th May, almost a month after placing the order I received two emails - one saying Photoframesandart has confirmed my order and a second one saying the order has been shipped. I was told the item would arrive before 18th May - nothing has arrived. I’ve tried to resolve this via Fruugo.com’s customer service. They say they’re looking into this for me but that they can’t make contact / get an answer from Photoframesandart. This company seems like a scam - takes your money but never sends the item. I’ve tried asking for a refund but have had no reply.
