This frame is perfect for my needs .Ive been looking for ages to find open frames for my paintings to give them a finished more professional appearance.

The frame itself is fine, arrived promptly and was well packed. However, all the accompanying small parts needed some explanation and what might be obvious to yourselves, is not obvious to people who do not frame pictures every day. It took a long time (and some wastage...)to make sense of it and instructions for hanging a picture in a floating frame would have been appreciated. Thank you.

I liked how easy it was on the website to find the correct size and mount needed. However when the actual frame came I thought it would be more sturdy and higher quality as it was coming from a specialised frame shop.

I ordered a photo frame for a canvas I had made for my granddaughter. When the frame arrived it was the wrong size so I contacted Tamara and she had a new frame sent out next day, The new frame fits perfectly so a big thanks to all for their excellent customer service.
