I was in touch with several companies a few years ago for a quotation on some gold coins. PGL provided a good quote but I did not sell at the time. I contacted them yesterday for a new quote which came straight back with instructions on how to deliver. I followed their instructions and now, about 24 hours later, I have the money in my bank. The whole thing couldn’t have been easier and I will definitely use PGL in future.

I was impressed with the service & the speed. The price was agreed with Dan on the phone & I get the confirmations straight away with cleared instructions before I headed out to Hatton Garden. Once you were there it didn’t take long before you were seen to.

I cannot fault this company. The buying experience was top notch back in 2016 and being new to buying gold Dan explained everything perfectly. The purchase and delivery went really well and I felt totally confident dealing with Physical Gold. I recently received an email from Dan regarding gold being at an all time high. I was able to get a valuation on the gold I hold and have now sold a percentage. The whole transaction went really smoothly. I posted it midday yesterday, by Special Delivery (insuring up to £2,500 and Physical Gold cover the rest of the insurance). The funds were in my bank account by 8am approx this morning. I was amazed at the speed this was dealt with. The whole process couldn't have been easier and Dan was extremely responsive throughout. I would highly recommend Physical Gold.

On bank holiday weekend I emailed a few bullion companies and got a response from only one. physicalgold.com. the person on the other end happened to be none other than their CEO Dan who took his valuable time out to personally email me back and forth to answer all my general questions, Dan was immensely patient and helped me without being pushy and his service was secure and straightforward and immediate [unlike when u deal with big companies who make u wait all weekend and have multiple agents who deliver impersonal service]and he really did everything he could to put my
mind at ease like offer to send me a certificate, And this is the CEO himself humbly giving me his direct time! I was sold at this point already thoroughly impressed by his customer service!And this is before i found out he was a mine of information with lots of experience and expertise in the field [especially benefited from his insights on webpage and liked his YouTube videos as well].
The only down side was my online customer account. all the relevant information about my purchase should have been made available on this online platform, accurate, up to date and easy to access and navigate, other than this I feel the company's service was impeccable and the fact that they have valuable accreditations gives peace of mind to anyone wanting to purchase bullion from a reliable source who will provide a reassuringly personal service at a competitive price!
