Initially I was impressed about the service. But at the end the quality of the stones was a nightmare. Reaction on my complaint was very dismissive - quality is just bad in my subjective eyes, they will not take anything back. Last week I brought the stones to the garbage dump.

The lessons are very well structured, easy to understand and very lovely! We are also delighted by the subjects of the lessons, which include information from various fields and from all over the world. The child not only learns English in a pleasant way, but also accumulates many new knowledge. We warmly recommend NOVAKID!

I've ordered some marble for the sidewalk and they managed to polish it instead of adherent finish. They refuse to act responsible and on the complaint email address ... the sales guy is the one who answer! :)
I will go to court for justice; maybe in this way other customers will see the topic or maybe will have a fair treatment.

Absolutely gutted by the way they handle the return of products. The return policy is an absolute joke. The lady on the phone explained that they usually do not take back their products, they only do this as an exception from time to time. Basically if you buy from you will not be able to return any products.

Quick to respond, and very helpfull.
You get your own sales agent who helps you every time until the product is delivered. No need to start over and explaing again when calling.

Nice showroom. I enjoyed the digitalization approach. Nice and professional personnel. I suggested to deactivate the doorbell which was very unpleasant during crowded periods. This was done later.
Delivery was good but within the lot of granite tiles there were a lot of unusable ones which you cannot see during the reception process. I suggest that at least the ones that are clearly failures due to the production process to be replaced

I did some research before visiting Piatraonline, but I shouldn't have worried. You could know nothing about stone and Florin Ghita would be able to point out a solution for your needs. My impression is that this guy really loves stone and when I'll decide to purchase something, I will ask for his counsel.
