First phone contact and I've received all information (delivery and maintenance) about the stone I was interested in; place the order and received it very fast (1 day). Now I have to check its quality, hope everything will be ok.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I paid the bill in march 2020 and I still not received the stone. They charged me and not delivered yet. Initially there was a promise for 15 sept, and then I had to call every Week to ask them , nobody cares. It is not legal to do this kind of things but still they do not care.

2 pickups: - first one, you take a ticket for the queue and you wait, you wait for your turn; when you finally ask: “ah, we’re sorry, the tickets don’t work for reception”;
Second: you wait your turn in a physical queue, but you’re still last, ‘cause the sales rep from the showroom are bringing their customers with priority to the reception.
So what you paid online and there was 0 cost for your order on the seller? ‘Cause we respect our customers.

Ne pare foarte rau sa vedem aceasta evaluare, pentru a evita aglomeratia si pentru a prelua clientii intr-o maniera civilizata avem acel aparat de bonuri, exista 2 butoane, consilieri si receptie, daca ati apasat pe butonul gresit ati intrat in ordine pentru receptie, nu acordam tratament preferential clientilor care sosec in magazin dar tinem sa precizam ca facem programari on-line pe care le respectam, si dumeavoastra puteti face acest lucru in acest fel evitati timpul de asteptare - https://www.piatraonline.ro/programator
