Fast and efficient

Substituted item with one we didn't like without telling us
We did a Create Your Own selection and they substituted one of our picks with a random candy which we do not like (hence we hadn't picked it). It would have probably been better if
A) they notify us of this prior to dispatch so we can either pick something else or remove that selection OR
B) just add another portion of one of the candy we had picked in rather than throw in a random one at the risk of the customer not liking it (as was unfortunately the case this time).
Otherwise, delivery was very quick and candy is good.

Not heard from them since I placed the order and not received the order that I placed over a week ago now. Disappointing that's for sure. Was for a birthday present, order was misplaced and sent as soon as they had been notified.

Delivery not on time
Delivery not on time.
I placed an order on the Tuesday morning and paid for 1-2 day delivery. The product didn't arrive until about 4pm on Friday. Whilst this is not a huge problem, the option to receive a quicker delivery shouldn't be offered at additional cost if its not doable (the item wasn't even received by Yodel until Thursday).

not enough sweets for the money
I was quote disappointed when I got the sweet how little the bag contained. I had no idea how many I would get say for 50g each and thought I would get a bagful with the choices I chose for a family of 4. So with the postage too it was a very expensive bag of sweets and I'm sorry but will not order again unless I am after a particular sweet you have. This is why on went on your website because yo had some of the red and white striped jelly sweets.. Thanks

Thank you for your review, I'm so sorry that you were left disappointed. We have videos on our TikTok account showing how much 50g is of particular sweets to help our customers. As the sweets we offer vary in size and weight, the amount also will, so sweets that are bigger, you will not have as many of i.e. the soft-centered turtles you ordered. If you do choose to order from us in the future, for a family of 4, I would definitely recommend one of our bundles, you can find these in the 'family favourites' section on our website.
