We have used Picks Travel on a number of occasions, mainly to the airport and back. Our most recent usage was last night when we returned from our holiday early in the morning.
24 hours prior to this we had received notification who, when, what car, and contact details for our pick up from Manchester airport, which was reassuring. There was no need to update Picks Travel that our flight was on time, delayed etc, as they were monitoring our flight, which ensured we were not left waiting around at the pick up.
The driver was polite and chatted as he drove us home, driving in a safe calm manner, the vehicle was clean inside and out, so overall a very good professional service. 👍🏻

Communication is key
After a fumbling around by Me and the patience of a saint from Picks, I eventually booked a return journey to Liverpool airport and back.
Communication is brilliant, keeps you in the loop at all times which is also really helpful and reassuring.
Ian picked us up early in the morning on our journey to the airport and was just lovely, the same can be said for Kamran.

Used pick travel for a last minute transfer and it was absolutely spot on. Excellent communication, reliable, driver waiting for us at the airport and kept us updated as to his whereabouts. Would not hesitate to use again.

Very good experience to the airport…
Ian is a great fella .We messed him around with departure pick up initially and he just got on and changed without complaint (sorry Ian and thanks ).We travelled in style and comfort to the airport.Chatted all the way.On our return this morning he was there as soon as we went through .Telling us exactly where he would be .It was the early hours and he still got us home safely We were all tired but not as chatty again sorry Ian.Would definitely recommend to anyone .
