Amazing service
Amazing service. My husband is registered blind and our driver Ian made sure he had the support he needed. Getting us to special assistance was a great help for our large group with 3 young children. Upon return he was waiting at departures for us, helped with luggage after a long night flight. Got us all safely home with three drop off points. Thank you Picks Travel, Ian for all your help making our holiday one to remember

After looking at some horror stories about stranded travellers, I went with this local firm rather than the dreaded Uber as it was essential we made our flight.
Excellent service from booking to drop off at Manchester Airport. Sent txt to say taxi on its way and arrived 10 minutes early. Journey took 45 minutes. Will definitely use again.

TOP CLASS
We had a really early flight to catch and wanted a taxi that we could count on.
They send us a message the day before to confirm the pickup time, And a few minutes later we also got a message from the taxi driver (Miguel) who presented him self and confirmed the pickup time too.
In the morning when we came down to the hotel lobby he was already there.
The trip to the airport was a pleasure. Miguel made us feel relaxed and comfortable, great guy!
This is a five star company and Miguel the driver is a six star driver.

Our flight was delayed so we didn’t get home till 2 hours later than scheduled, picks contacted me right through the evening keeping us updated, not a problem to this company, the lovely driver was waiting for us as planned even though it was 02:30am.
