This is hands down the best company I have used for my pictures. The customer service was brilliant and the quality of pictures received was great. I had the honour of liasing with Gail regarding my order. She can only be described as brilliant. Gail went over-and-beyond to ensure I was happy with the pictures and provided some of the best customer service I have ever received!

Excellent experience. Brilliant customer service. Top quality prints and perfect wooden frames. Wish I'd asked for non-reflective glass. I will next time. Recommended.

Gail Fisher has done an OUTSTANDING job on a download I sent her. She even pointed out to me that I had sent her a ‘copy’ which wouldn’t have enlarged well and ask me for the original file - how many people would have bothered 😕

I expected a lot as my images were sent already as I wanted them to come back as and they came back perfect. I was bit concerned about the darker image background but they nailed it, 100%.

Happy with the outcome will use again.

The company made the suggestions how to make a photo on my iPhone into A1 size they made a fantastic job and for a good price will use again thankyou Gail &Richard regards

The initial photo sent was a little disappointing as the colours were slightly muted. But I think you should judge a company by their response to a problem!! Gail was fantastic. She immediately offered to re print and was so friendly and so helpful, making suggestions about the replacement. I also asked if I could adjust the size slightly larger, she made useful suggestions and there was no extra charge. I'm thrilled with the replacement and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Gail deserves 10 stars for customer service. I called to check on the status of my poster for my daughter’s 8th birthday party and Gail found my order and put it on an express delivery so that it gets here on time. Thank you so much Gail, it’s not often you get customer service like this anymore!

Highly recommend! I made so many changes to my order and was emailing back and forth to Gail Fisher, who was extremely helpful and courteous. Nothing was a problem! The photos have sentimental value and the quality was absolutely amazing. 5 stars

I had a large 150 x 100 Poster printed which was absolutely amazing. The clarity colours and sharpness were better than I ever thought possible especially for a picture that had been blown up so big. I called customer service to discuss a second Poster I wanted and spoke to Gail who was helpful, extremely knowledgeable and she certainly went over and above to edit the photo whilst allowing me to preview the picture I wanted. Gail certainly exceeded my expectations. It goes without saying I would highly recommend Pic2Posters

Fantastic experience purchasing from this company. I ordered several prints but shortly afterwards realised I would need to have them within the week. I expect they would have come within that time frame anyway but it was more the Royal Mail delivery time that was a potential problem. So I emailed a request to ask if there was any way I could have them by the end of the week. I got a speedy response saying they’d been passed to production as a priority and not only that they were delivered within 2 days. The poster prints look fabulous. I Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Have always used another well known printing company but wanted to try somewhere different as I felt unhappy with their current print quality. I chose pics2posters as they had great reviews and a comprehensive web site. Received my poster today and am super pleased with it - great colours - true to the original - just what I was hoping for. Quick delivery too. Definitely will be using them again!

Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the materials & bad craftmanship. Three metal pegs holding the picture in the frame were pressing directly onto the Perspex instead, causing scratches. These pegs did not go through the picture backing cardboard, as they are too short, so can only say that they were pushed down onto the perspex when the cardboard was placed on top. Also there was 2 pegs missing altogether. The black card surrounding the picture was white within the inside edges which looked awful against the picture & should have been solid black and lastly the brown tape covering the metal pegs at the back of the picture, missed most of them. I had to take it apart to make good. Overall, I gave 2 stars only because you fulfilled your promise of postage in10 days. Thank you for your apology although you seem to make assumptions with finger pointing. I am sure if the delivery man read your reply he would be mortified. If you do not like feedback from customers get someone else to respond, instead of reacting like you had, as that says it all & as you said communication is the key.

This company went over and Above to help me out. I left ordering my poster very late as I was badly organised, I rang up and spoke to Gale and she reassured me that they would do their best to get my order out ASAP.
The order arrived the next day, in time for my event and I want to say thank you for helping me out. It's for my mum and dad's golden wedding anniversary and you saved my life!!

I will absolutely be using you guys in the future.

Amazing customer service! I ordered 2 prints, I then received an email to show me that the quality of one of my images wasn’t great. They sent a section of the photo zoomed in so I could decide if I was happy with the quality. If I wasn’t, they were happy for me to send an alternative image which I did and I’m super happy!
I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience as I am sure most online companies would have just printed the image and sent regardless of quality!
I will definitely be ordering again!

These guys really do a brilliant job at amazing prices!
I wasted a lot of time looking for a Pics to Poster service that could create large wall art from quite small photo files.
Finally I stumbled across this company and wow! - they produced amazing posters in record time.
Highly recommended!
