I've had Piktochart since 2021, and since then, I've done hundreds of homework assignments — all of them excellent.

I love Piktochart. Their free plan offers so much, but I love it so much that I upgraded. Their customer service is incredibly helpful, proactive and timely.

Piktochart is a great product, the options for infographic design are excellent and the interface is intuitive. The customer service is quick, informative and friendly.

The content creator can use some work. But i gave a 5 star because of the team. I just joined with a nonprofit account. Ran into some inadequacies in things it was creating so I escalated to their support. They responded right away with honest feedback. They recognized how their platform is still growing and comped me some credits for what i had used to render my flyer. But, when i say growing, i strictly mean that for image creation. Their templates, layouts and type of media is more than adequate to get most rendering done.

Even though my relationship with Piktochart has been a bit of a rollercoaster, the flavour left is very positive. After a bad start with customer service, they were finally very fast to correct a technical issue with power point downloads, take ownership of the problem, offer a refund and compensation for the trouble I went through. The app is probably the most user friendly, easy to learn and fun app I have seen in years of creating presentations. I would give it a 5 star if customer service was more proactive.

I had an issue with a visual that was mistakenly deleted.
I quickly contacted the support team and they were very quick to respond and help with the matter. They even tried a couple of times. I was in touch with Elica. Thanks to them, I was able to get my hands on the lost visual which we spend hours working on.

Carmen and the team were fantastic in providing customer support to me when I needed to reach out for it. Friendly fast informative responses that will see the job achieved as I had wished. All without tech jargon or judgement to the those of us that are rusty and a little out of touch with today’s fast moving technologies. Piktochat is a pretty awesome and at times (when you have it mastered a little) site to use with it seemingly infinite available outcomes to us lucky users. Thanks for the great service 😁

Piktochart is incredibly easy to use and navigate. I especially love the AI feature that transforms a Word document into a polished, visual design is such a time-saver!

There’s a great selection of images, fonts, and layouts to choose from. I’ve used it to create a leaflet template and was really impressed with the results. I’m looking forward to trying out the video and infographic tools next.

I highly recommend it for anyone looking to bring their content to life with minimal fuss.

Nice user friendly software, I had enjoyed lot more to create social media post . But difficulties in pay mode. we are much comforted with Phone Pay ,So this mode will be easy one for us to pay.

I love AI support - when it's appropriate!

I'm a business strategist, and I know what I want to write - I don't need AI to write it for me, but I LOVE that AI can design it and make it pretty.

It's not a perfect tool, but I can see it only getting better and their support has been great.

If you like to cut to the chase, here it is: PikToChart is a phenomenal tool that belongs in everyone’s toolbox—whether you’re creating documents, reports, presentations, flyers, social media posts, or more. Every issue mentioned in earlier reviews, even those from just a month ago, has been resolved.

A word of caution, though: with the free version, you can only download PNG files. If you need a PDF or PowerPoint export, you’ll have to upgrade to the Business plan, which costs $49 per month. For comparison, I was paying $15 per month for Canva—an app I was obsessed with—until I discovered PikToChart. The difference? Canva is to PikToChart what The Cat in the Hat is to War and Peace.

Now, let’s be clear: calling me a “novice graphic designer” would be generous. Yet, my first attempt with PikToChart resulted in a well-crafted, gorgeous proposal—or so I thought, until my second project: a cover letter for a job application. The letterhead? Stunning. I made a tiny tweak to a template, and just like that, I had a polished, professional design I’m proud to call my own. And I’ve barely scratched the surface of what this tool can do.

So far, my favorite feature? The way a photo snaps into place when replacing one in a template. And don’t even get me started on the Masked feature—it’s a game changer. Next on my list? Designing an elaborate table. I can’t wait.

Frustrations? Minimal. Challenges? Quickly addressed. The Help function connects you directly with the developers, and they respond fast—like, really fast. Middle of the night? I got a reply within minutes. Mid-afternoon? Same deal. It feels like they’re updating the product daily. Every time I notice a gap, it’s already being filled.

Bottom line: Am I thrilled about spending $49 a month while living on Social Security Retirement? Not exactly. But is it worth skipping groceries the week the payment hits my account? Honestly… maybe. Yes, it’s that good.

Excellent product. Been very useful in my projects and extremely intuitive designs that anticipate my needs cutting a lot of ideation time.

Service is great! I judge a business by how well they will resolve an issue when it comes up. It's one thing to sell a good product and another to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service. I was pleasantly surprised I didn't have to battle with them to correct a mistake that I made! Thank you Piktochart!
