They went above and beyond to accommodate my request. The platform was super user friendly. My first kick at the can with this and they made me feel like a pro!

I LOVE this site. Use it for chore charts for my kids, their school projects, and my undergrad school projects. User-friendly and makes you feel like you have design skills. Also, the customer service is top-notch, which is RARE. They are prompt, efficient, and kind. Great company.

I had a challenge with the service and this was resolved in a timely manner; with all the funds reimbursed. Though I was initially dissatisfied, the management of Piktochart made it their duty to ensure I am pleased with the service.

Great Customer Service! Representatives were able to transfer projects between personal/business accounts and change billing accordingly. Super smooth process and quick turnaround.

It has a user-friendly interface with lots of charts and templates.
The main difference between Pikochart and the others, in my view, is its strong customization tools and Its support team.

I liked the options of Piktochart to start with. I found the one template that I really liked and got started. I ran into some issues with auto formatting because I was using an older browser. So I wrote customer service for help and Alison from Piktochart was awesome as she wrote back and forth with me many times until we figured it out and I got the copy that was just rightI Thank you so much for taking the time to assist me and get the document that I was really happy with :)

As a new user I thought an infographic I had been working on for over an hour was lost. I contacted Piktochart Support and Carmen followed up twice including an email with my saved work. Thank you Carmen1

I've been using Piktochart since 2012, and it's been an awesome experience. The software has been incredibly beneficial for my use case! The updates and improvements that they've rolled out since launch have always been impressive, effective, and forward-thinking. I will continue to be a Piktochart user, and a big fan!

The customer service has ben very friendly and really helpful. As someone who does not intuitively understand technology, I've appreciated their easy-to-understand and timely responses. The only reasons I haven't given it a five is that I find they don't have a great selection of images.

Piktochart answered my query very promptly.
They also made some suggestions that I was contemplating.
This was my first time on Piktochart, and the experience was extremely memorable.
They have an incredible team!

With only a few hours under my belt it was an easy decision to purchase the software. We are a non-profit and every penny we spend is scrutinized. My boss was impressed with what I was able to do in an hour to turn what was boring data into something fun to look at and read. Thanks

Piktochart offers a free site to waste all your time working on a project for school but won't allow you to save your work in order to submit it. I have wasted 3 days working on an assignment for university to be told I can't access it without paying $288 for a yr or $50 a month!! FOR ONE INFOGRAPH FOR SCHOOL!! I will never use this site again. EAT AN EGGPLANT YALL SUCK

Overall good response time and email was short and concise.

Quick response to my problem with a personal tip, so I felt there was a person on the other side and not a machine, which it is a very nice and comfortable sense.

Piktochart has amazing potential, but the constant bugs and glitches outweighs it. Piktochart has a wide variety of graphics and such, but the majority of them will cost you premium. This isn't that bad since almost every designing site does this now, but what really bothers me is how broken the save function is. My progress does not save, my work completely gone. Knowing how bad it is now worries me to complete long projects on this site, I could lose hours or even days of work so easily, it just isn't worth it. There's little to no text customization as well, the variety of fonts is wonderful, but I cannot apply effects to the text at all, unless I'm missing something. This isn't a big deal though. This website seems to be inspired by canva, which I think is cool, but I encourage you to make Piktochart more reliable and functional like canva, so please fix this issue.
