Fast response excellent customer service from Kay.

Chris was very professional & helpful he was in contact with me back and forth over a few days and came back offering me a great rate to re contract as I was finding it hard with my top up meter. He went through what I would be saving and I’m very happy I made contact with pin energy now. Any issues in future or questions I will be asking for Chris.

All good! They solved my problem

The original solar panel and electrical installation went fine and to plan. We then needed to do some remedial work on our existing electrical setup in the house and that's where the problems started. It took a LONG time to get them back to finish the job when we had done our upgrades. I've never experienced such poor communication across any industry I've dealt with. They simply don't answer emails or respond to voice messages. When they eventually did complete the work, the new installers admitted that the original install had been done poorly - our electrician said the same.

The most recent experience of poor communication saw me on the line and I could hear what the customer support agent was saying about me to a colleague. It was nothing really bad but it just shows a company that has got some serious comms problems.

Re Solar panel install:- panel and system all installed but it was more of an ordeal than is should have been - poor communications and logistics let the company down.

I must say everyone at Pinergy was lovely to speak to on the phone - and I must have spoken to over 10 of them!! Some though took the call with a promise to get back but never happened.
Sales guys was fine with no BS and walked through what would happen. He sent quote which I accepted. Heard nothing for a while and when I followed up I found out I had to complete grant form (no instruction on this before hand). Then came the install dates of which I had a specific week I had asked for at the outset and after back and forth they partly agreed on - only then to find panels delivered 2 weeks earlier and the install date changed while I was on holidays. After sorting that out from holiday location, the panel install went fine but then when electricians came out to link it all up they said the location for inverter and battery would not work, even after a prior site survey and them picking a location for it. At one stage they were proposing to put it in a living room! Eventually they installed it in the original utility room spot - but it was stress we did not need.
The system is now installed, working fine and quality of the work appears good.
Just the lack of communication, coordination and customer service letting this company down.

Terrible experience – avoid this company!
It’s been over a month, and the solar panel installation is still not finished. They did part of the work and then disappeared. The agent stopped responding, and every time I call the office, they promise to take action but do nothing. Stay far away from this company!

Amazing customer service experience. They made setting up service at my new home in Dublin so easy. Moving from another country and having to set things up from thousands of miles away is a challenge. Not with Pinergy! Thank you so much!
