Agreed contract to have solar panels fitted, waiting several weeks, very poor communication, and after several emails, and phone call, no satisfaction. Should have gone with another very reputable company, that would have completely 4 weeks ago.

We've looked into your case and it appears there was a miscommunication around the type of property, which led to delays in progressing your installation. We also acknowledge that emails sent to a specific inbox were not reaching the right team - and that’s now been addressed.
We’re glad we were able to speak with Peter yesterday and provide confirmed dates for installation next week and the week after, pending payment.
While our standard process typically takes around six weeks, we understand how important clear communication is and regret that we fell short in this instance.

Solar panel system complaint
Still waiting to get the sign off from their electrician and the ber cert, solar panels in stalled in March then the levotec unit installed in May, no word since. sent several emails and calls to when work would be inspected and passed and do ber cert.its taking too long and stressful. Avoid. Add states 2 day completion job but not the case. Also having trouble with their app for solar panel, can't seem to access,will not accept the product serial number.
