I bought two swimsuits from them and…

I bought two swimsuits from them and the sizing was off and both were see through. I’m also busty and there was no support. I emailed with them nearly 100 times to finally get someone to at least give me a product of some worth. I wasn’t taking no or their 15% back for an answer. They finally gave in months later. It was the worst customer service ever. DO NOT SHOP HERE

This company straight up took my money…

This company straight up took my money and NEVER sent me my items. Tried to track my items and they contacted me and said give it 30 days and that my items cant be tracked because it was "free shipping" here it is November 13 and i placed me order August 4th. Screw this company, and the foreign ladies that emailed me promising me the company wasnt just trying to steal my money.

I paid over £100 for swimwear for a…

I paid over £100 for swimwear for a holiday I was taking in April this year. Including a £10 charge for expedited delivery which promised delivery within I think 5 or 7 days.

You can probably guess what happened, but its worse than you think. The products were sent in multiple packages, not one of which arrived in time. The first package arrived more than a week after I got back, and the second had a huge hole in it and stuff had fallen out. The delivery guy noted this. The third package was easily a month later than the second, adding insult to injury. Every single item was awful, from the fact that they hadn't used an overlocker to stitch (basically, the stitching and in most cases the fabric for SWIMWEAR was non-stretch.) the quality was abysmal, the sizing was obviously nowhere near the stated sizes on the website and several items were unlined or made of fabric that wasnt stretchy and would go see through. I tried to arrange a refund, and they sent me a series of emails offering me token amounts of money ($10, $30) to shut up and live with these horrible useless products. I refused and insisted on a refund, and ended up going to PayPal with the dispute. I was asked to send the stuff back to China, which I did so, paying £22.15 to send it there, even though there was no return address and it was partially in Chinese (I can read /write some Chinese so I did my best in sending it). Guess what. It took ages to send back, I forgot to put the tracking on the PayPal site, and in the end PayPal found in their favour and kept the money for them, and when the company received the package at their office in China they refused it and it came all the way back to me 6 months later, reminding me of how horrible this company are. Essentially, they are thieves. You have been warned.

This site is a joke

This site is a joke. I'm out $100. I paid for expedited shipping my items have yet to ship. You can not even get a number to call. I have emailed and get no response.

Where do i begin..... complete CRAP!!!

Where do i begin.... I ordered 2 sweatshirts a month ago. About 2 weeks in, I started with polite emails asking where my items were... they all went unanswered until I sent them a firm email explaining they had 48 hours to reply or I would report and blast negative comments everywhere (like this). Suddenly I received an email the next day and my first sweatshirt a few days later ( I am still waiting for my second one). When I received the sweatshirt (I sized up one size based on their suggested size chart) the LARGE was laughable. It wouldn’t even fit my 10 year old! It was MAYBE a child size 14. Now... I’m not wasting another moment to send it back and hope for reimbursement (which I will never get anyway) . Basically I have a $15 rag. Oh and yes, I would give it to a child except for the fact it says “hangover hoodie” on it.... therefore, it’s a rag. I will never EVER work with them again. It’s a scam and they have ZERO integrity. I will be out $40 but I am totally comfortable with that knowing I am writing poor reviews every chance I get!

I will never order from them again

I will never order from them again. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online clothing store. They sent me a shirt, that took two weeks to arrive, and it was sewn incorrectly. They refused to refund my money and told me if I wanted a refund I would have to ship the shirt back. They know full well that it will cost as much to send it back. They offered me a 20 % refund. This is unacceptable . They are the worst.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PINK CLASSY!

If I could give zero stars I would!! Absolute SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM PINK CLASSY!
I placed a order over $40 from them at the beginning of August. It is now October 16. I have E-Mailed with this back and forth numerous times and they asked me to wait until October 14th for my stuff to arrive. It never did. I want a refund and they are REFUSING. I am filing a claim today because this is theft. The shipping on items over $39 says 10-12 days. It has been way past that...
when I emailed them on the 15th, they tried to tell me to wait AGAIN so they could resend my stuff. I feel I have waited way too long and they just need to refund me and they will not. I should have read reviews before I placed an order because they are the WORST! Hoping I can save someone else from ordering from them. I am so angry.

Doesn't even deserve one star

Doesn't even deserve one star. Absolute garbage material, terrible sizing... Please explain how a man's xl is waaay smaller than a women's large. Insane. Had I known this was a company like Wish or maybe it all comes from the same place... I would not have ordered. Will not ever order again.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. The products are very low quality, the pictures are far from reality and -of course- there is no refund policy. I bought 2 pair of shoes, but they were both very bad. The material was extremely bad smelling (something like petroleum) and the design was much more poor that presented in the pics. I wasted 50 euros, please don't do the same.

They don't even deserve a 1 star... BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY... I ordered a swim suit that is unwearable... its garbage... the cups on the the top piece are sewn into the under arm area and the bottoms were only half stitched...so this bathing suit is garbage. I sent photos to this company and their answer was well shipping costs to much so we will refund you 20% after arguing back and forth they refunded 40% like are you kidding me... so out money for a bathing suit I can not wear.. Do not buy from this company unless you want to pay for something you cant use .. wish I read these reviews before I purchased.

Thank you fu**** pinkclassy for the swimsuits that i will wear in WINTER!

Never ever again!
I ordered a few swimsuits on June. In mid-July, as I saw that the "7-15 days" of delivery had already passed, I contacted them and i was told due I had picked the free shipping service the shipment could be delayed for 30-60 working days!!!

Now we are on September 6th and the package still does not arrive!!!

Thank you fu**** pinkclassy for the swimsuits that i will wear in WINTER!

Joke of a Company and items

The website advertised I'd receive my shipment within 7-8 days. I got both items 31 days later when they were no longer needed. The company refused to refund my money even though I contacted them well before I received anything.

DONT DO IT

I wish i could give this company no stars. Every bad review you've read about this company is so true. I ordered my items a month ago and I just received them today. In the nicest way my swim suits was TRASH. The measurement are all wrong for their size. I ordered a small and my top was like a large and my bottom was an extra small. Please dont waist your time or your money on them. I wish I read the review before I made the payment. NEVER again with pink classy get money from me.

Yes, it looks good on the website .. of course , they stole the pictures from quality manufacturers. They duplicate it and it's seriously BAD. Poorly made, sizing all kinds of wrong...

Ho, I now have more than 70 messages exchanged with bad customer service reps claiming they can refund me 10%. Yeah no. I want all my money back cause I can't even wear what I bought!

Then, they say I can ship everything back (I must pay the 20$ to ship it back to their shlthole) and when they receive it they will fully refund.
FacK them, they are so dishonest pretty sure they will lie about not getting the parcel.

products missing/not delivered

i ordered 3 shirts and only 2 were delivered. They are refusing to either refund me for the missing shirt OR send me a replacement. The customer service representative that keeps emailing me keeps asking me the same questions over and over, just re-wording it. Its been almost 2 weeks of emailing back and forth with absolutely no resolution in sight. Buyer be cautious, they are not very helpful.
