Love this site

Ordered a few bits of here for my hokiday and everything is too quality and fits perfect... one item was missing but as soon as I told them they shipped it straight out... highly recommend

HORRIBLE

Awful, the service I had wasnt terrible but it wasn’t good either. Coming from someone who worked in retail/customer service, I know how you should be responding to paying guests! They tell me to wait patiently, even though it takes them days to get back to me and there’s nothing they can do about it now, because it has to go through so many different things, we’ll its been just about a month and a half with no sign of my purchase. When I check the status of shipment, it is never reloaded it’s stating it’s still in “processing”. I wouldn’t be this upset if I had a wedding to go to in about a week and I expected to wear those clothes. It’s a load of crap needless to say, I hope I see my things soon to see how good of quality they are but I DO NOT recommend ordering from this site.

Don't buy anything from this site

Don't buy anything from this site! It's a scam! I ordered 2 tank tops on April 16th. I got the first shirt about 2 weeks later only a size larger than what I ordered. On May 5th I sent an email asking where my 2nd shirt was. 11 emails later I still don't have it. They told me I would get a full refund if it didn't come. They asked me to wait 1 more week to see if it came. It never did. Then I was told to ask my neighbor if they had it. Of course they don't. Then to check at the post office. Nothing. So their next move was to tell me they can resend it or they can refund me with a $4 deduction for shipping. This is after they told me I would get a full refund but now they are refusing. Such bad business. So now I'm out of my shirt and my money.

Satisfied costumer

I read all those comment after i gave my order.and after reading them i was terrified i believed that my order would never come and if it did the thimgs i ordered would be trash.the fact that i couldnt track it cause of free shipping made it worse.so.my order came in 13 days sharp.i bought a bikini and a seethrough cover up.both were as seen on screen and the quality was ok.after all i paid only 23€. I am satisfied by the site.

Ordered 4 shirts all a size or 2 bigger…

Ordered 4 shirts all a size or 2 bigger because I want to be comfortable. Size chart seemed to be accurate but lets be honest who actually measures themselves. Not only did it take a month to order but the XL fit smaller than large, words were printed uneven and seems were too. Poor quality poor fitting and I have had poor customer service. It wasnt until receiving the clothing that I found out they were from China. Now customer service is trying to make it my fault. They want me to keep the clothes and give me a 10% discount because its too expensive to ship back. I also had to take pictures in the illfitting clothes to prove it, so I did which didnt do a justice to how ill fitting they were. Waiting for a response back but either way the BBB will be getting notice

clothing doesn't look anything like the pictures. very thin/cheap material. Spend almost $200 for nothing!!!!!! ordered several bathing suits that were the wrong size or simply way too small, several dresses that are very see-through and not the size I ordered. Shoes don't look anything like the pictures. Very cheap material. Shipping took over a month.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!!!

Wish I could give them zero stars

Wish I could give them zero stars. Took me around a month to get my products. I ordered 10 bathing suits and paid over a $100 for them and only 2 fit. I emailed telling them that the sizing was wrong and they said I ordered the wrong sizes even though they sent me a different size in one of the purchases because they said it runs small. I asked for a full refund and they said I could keep them and sell or give them to a friend, receive 10-15% back, give me $15% off my next purchase, or mail them back at my own cost. I corresponded with them over a couple of weeks and they kept giving me the run around and I had to explain the issue every time to a new customer service rep even though I could scroll down and see my whole conversation with the whole company. I ended up only getting refunded $9.16 out of the $100 I spent there, and that $9.00 is probably what the two suits that actually fit me cost together. Horrible Horrible company and I will never do business with them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! BE WARE!!!!!

They sent me the WRONG shoes, they did not offer a refund, they did not offer me to buy something else that I wanted and, in order for me to get a refund, I had to pay for transportation costs back to china!!!!!!
The support is outrageous and they hardly speak English....

Stay away from them!

Do not buy from here. I repeat DO NOT. Save yourself the disappointment and money. I ordered some shoes and they were horrendous. They don’t even look like the picture and the quality is really bad. I wish I could post a picture of them. Contacted them to get refund, and was told they couldn’t refund me the money but could give me 10% off in my next purchase. Excuse me? There won’t be a next purchase and would love my money back.

Am I going to receive my order? It’s been a month!

I’ve received two emails. One confirming my order saying the items should arrive between May 6th-18th. Second email said items shipped on May 6th. It’s May 18th & I’m unable to track my order since I did the “free shipping option.” I placed the order a month ago & am wondering if I will even receive anything.

Never got my shipment

Never got my shipment
Ordered in March, two weeks later I got an email that my part of my order was not on stock. got money back immediately which counts a plus.
then I got an email in mid april that (finally) parts - only parts - of my order were shipped. It's mid May now and nothing arrived. I'm in touch with their customer service now. They seem overwhelmed...maybe their ad on instagram aquired too many new customers and now they can't handle them anymore. I'm honestly annoyed...
