Absolutely brilliant service, Sam was amazing in dealing with our banner order and very quick in responding by email as not everyone has time to design everything themselves so the service was fantastic thank you guys....

We used Pinnacle to print and make a vinyl banner

We used Pinnacle to print and make a vinyl banner to advertise our art group. The whole process, from receiving a quote (which was very competitive) to the delivery of the banner, took less than a week. They were friendly and professional.
We will definitely use Pinnacle again

Good service, quality banner, reasonably priced.

I ordered a banner only a couple of days before an event so required a quick turnaround. The banner was printed and posted only a couple of hours after the invoice was paid which was fantastic. Through no fault of Pinnacle's though, ParcelForce failed by delivering the item a day after the event despite using their Express 24 service.

ORDER AT YOUR PERIL!

AVOID! I ordered a banner which was delivered tightly wrapped in bubble wrap and cellotape and squashed. When opened, it was freyed, marked, poorly cut and creased all over and in extremely poor condition. This company has done everything possible to dispute this and keep quoting there terms and conditions at me even though the item is faulty. I was very resonable with and gave them lots of opportunity to sort it out but they are not interested in doing the right thing. They won't let me return without paying for postage. Order at your peril!

Extremely poor experience.

I ordered two banners — one was printed correctly, the other arrived with obvious smudging and poor print quality. The issue is clear and easily comparable between the two items.

The company refuses to replace the faulty banner unless I pay additional postage costs both to return the defective item and to receive a replacement. This is unacceptable, as the fault lies entirely with them.

They are not adhering to their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires faulty goods to be remedied at no cost to the customer.

What’s most concerning is their attitude — suggesting the banner is “fine from a distance” rather than acknowledging a clear defect.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as resolving issues appears unnecessarily difficult.

Excellent service! Definitely use them if you are looking for a fast and affordable service. Got a free banner design, the print quality and material are great, and the banner was carefully delivered. Thank you to Sam and the team.

Absolutely terrible quality

Absolutely terrible quality, awful customer services when we asked where our missing parcel was. We were left on read constantly and had to call nonstop for answers. When the banner arrived, it was scuffed and really poor print quality. We still have never received our stand for the step and repeat.

Good price and quick delivery

Pinnacle have supplied us with a number of mesh banners for use in the harsh environment of large construction sites. Turnaround of proofs and speed of delivery once approved has been excellent, as has the durability of the product left out in the open 24/7/365. I'm more than happy to recommend the company and it's products.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.
We clearly told Pinnacle Banner that the banners had to be delivered on or before February 20 and they confirmed they could meet the deadline. Instead, they attempted delivery on February 21 with absolutely no notice. Our office is closed on weekends, so the delivery failed.
Later, they had the nerve to claim they informed us about the delay, which is completely false. We never received any message, call, or email. The only person we could communicate with was the delivery rider, while Pinnacle Banner themselves were nowhere to be found.
Then they made it even worse by forcing us to pay another ~£70 delivery fee just to have it redelivered — even though the delay was entirely their fault.
When the banners finally arrived the print quality was shockingly bad, absolutely terrible. There were visible horizontal banding lines everywhere, and the gradients looked completely wrong. It honestly looked like a failed test print, not a finished product.
We even sent them photos of the defects, and their response was that they “don’t see any issue.” At that point it seriously makes you question how low their standards for “good print quality” must be.
Because of this mess, we had to scramble and find another printer at the last minute before our event. Thankfully, another print company managed to produce the banners for us in a very short amount of time and with excellent quality — something Pinnacle Banner clearly failed to do. The difference in quality was night and day.
Missed deadline. Poor communication. Extra delivery charges. Terrible print quality. No accountability.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Pinnacle Banner and choose literally any other printing company.

Quick delivery but no support given…

Quick delivery but no support given when banner arrived with smudges on the core image and text. It couldn't be replaced in time and no refund or willingness to discuss alternatives was given.
