I bought a "touchless" RAK Sensation toilet from this company's ebay shop.
They seem to trade under a lot of names including heatandplumb.com, and made rather a fuss when I left this review on the heat and plumb page, even though their ebay page is called heatandplumb. Go figure!......so I'll leave it here instead to make them happy!
Item was listed at a certain price, listing was then changed BEFORE my item was dispatched for a cheaper manual toilet without the "touchless" option at the same price. The company obviously realised their mistake as they dispatched my item AFTER changing the listing for the inferior model at the same price. This was not an honest mistake. I was advised the touchless model was out of stock for about 2-3 months. I advised them I would be willing to wait but they refused and refunded me. Dishonest and dishonourable company. Trading Standards are opening a case for breach of contract. Never again! My 6 figure customer number is PIO002

Another 10 days have passed since this company tried to blackmail me into removing reviews of their disgraceful customer service - and we still have the 2 poor quality Toilet seats that Pioneer Bathrooms / Heat & Plumb are refusing to take back though we have complied with their returns conditions. I've lost count of how long this has been going on but it is over 2 months. I can't believe we have to give them 1 star! Avoid. If there are any issues with the product or service you will not get your money back regardless of UK Consumer Law & the Distance Selling Regulations.

I ordered 14 items from Heat and Plumb (Pioneer Bathrooms) to renew my bathroom. All parts turned up faster than expected and were fine; decent prices too. After about two weeks the lights blew in the bathroom cabinet. I contacted the company and they sent replacements (the transformer had blown). Changed it and all was well for about a month and it blew again. Contacting them again they replaced the cabinet. About a month on still it went again. I asked for a different type of transformer but alas they couldn't source one. They refunded my money without quibble. I would say the communication with this issue has been outstanding. Normally if you have an issue with something the company involved never give you the same service that they do when selling. This company is superb. I had an issue and they have persisted with the issue until it has been resolved. It is not this companies fault there seemed to be a problem with a part but nevertheless they were there for me. I would have given them 5 stars but I did have an issue with one of their products. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

I recently updated my bathroom, and purchased some fittings from PioneerBathrooms. They arrived in good time, well packaged, and appear to be of excellent quality. Price paid was very reasonable. I have no qualms in recommending this company.

It took us ages to choose what we wanted as there's so much choose from,we changed our minds a few times but nothing was to much trouble for them.The prices were very competitive as well.

Had difficulty ordering on line. company telephoned me and took my order over the phone, delivery time not too bad either and also deliver to Northern Ireland where other company's don't or charge excessive amounts for delivery, well please with this company and would use them again

Fast delivery and great product!

Bought a deluge shower from Pioneer and could not be more satisfied with it. It looks fabulous in the bathroom and more importantly Pioneer were the cheapest supplier by far. Delivery was with 36hrs of ordering. All in all, I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, while one of the items delivered was our order, the other had been incorrectly labelled and had somebody else's delivery inside from the other side of the country. After several telephone calls to the very helpful staff, another delivery has been arranged. We accept that mistakes do happen, but it's hassle we could have done without!
