Inadequate timing of notification of delivery, received email at 7.14 am on the same day that delivery was to take place. Only one-person delivery for such a large and heavy item. Unsatisfactory to expect me as a customer to help unload the item and carry the very heavy article to the house. Fortunate that had a tradesman working at my home on this day otherwise item could not have been delivered.

I was drawn to Pioneer Bathrooms by the great prices. I ordered and had my radiator within 3 days. Very impressed and would def buy from them again.

I contacted Sachin at Pioneer bathrooms with a fault in my radiator that was supplied in March of this year.
I had lost the invoice! but within minutes he had identified the invoice and the model of the radiator!
Within just two days he had consulted with the manufacturer,and has arranged and dispatched the replacement radiator.
I am extremely impressed with his professionalism and of the company in it's no quibble policy

Have gradually replaced our fixed shower heads with the Curvo round 200mm "rainfall" type shower head. A really in-expensive model that has greatly improved our guest experience.

The delivery of the items is also prompt and the installation very easy.

Shocking service. Been waiting nearly a week an no communication at all about my delivery. I have to phone everyday for an update. Was guaranteed delivery by 6pm tonight... still not turned up.

Don't bother.

The sink arrived undamaged in transit although it was loose inside a large carboard box. However, this box was inside a far larger box packed with lots of foam padding. I can't help thinking that if the padding was put around the sink in the inner box instead they could have saved themselves a lot of packing and sent a smaller parcel with the courier. The service was excellent and I am very pleased with the product.

The goods were well wrapped for delivery and had a quality feel to them.

Pleased with the shower screen apart from poor seal on the corner which water piles through and soaks the floor and the instructions were terrible and took hours to build up due to taking it apart 4 times as nothing is labelled clearly!!! But a flannel in the corner of the glass and happy days :-)
