Happy customer here, the customer support team were super speedy in responses and really considerate of their customers. It was such a pleasure to communicate with them without feeling like i was just getting automated responses. After buying several sets, I realised I had requested, for a previous buy, only virtual. But physical cards are stunning, so I contacted Pip Decks to buy the physical version of the previous ones and asking if I could still apply a discount. The team was quick to answer and offered the physical version for free. Well that’s amazing service! They had a client. They made me a fan!

Not too impressed. still trying to figure out how i can use these cards. Mostly aimed for people who want to impress their boss. For someone who runs a business not really worth it. some things a little out dated. Also not user friendly website at all for the vault. Very few useful tips but personally I wouldn't recommend.

I've been a dedicated fan of Pip Decks since their very first Kickstarter campaign. Each deck is a treasure trove of knowledge, offering invaluable insights that have continuously enriched my understanding and skills. The quality and depth of the content keep me coming back for more, and I find myself eagerly anticipating each new release. Pip Decks have become an indispensable part of my learning journey, and I can't imagine a future without them. I'll be a loyal customer forever!

Pips deck is awesome. For one, it's the only workshopping tool card / guide that I know. And it's serving me really well.

Whenever I browse the cards, I genuinely amazed how they've put all of those information together. It's genius.

I have checked out some of the deck not all, but so far I have found it fun and light to bring interesting approaches to problems and audiences. It's not a revolutionary product, but a great companion... at least so far!

That being said, the shipping was fast enough, did get here banged up... I reached out to the support team and was super fast and helpful!

I have not got into the decks yet but have flipped through and like what I see. I also appreciate the follow up mails to get you started, obviously they know there are people like me out there!
Most of all I am so impressed with their customer service. I was charged import tax, which should not have happened, from local customs in my country and was refunded the amount by Pip Decks’s kind and friendly service staff without any fuss what so ever.

I purchased the Storytellers deck. It's been a great experience. Very well written, organized and has led me to new ways of thinking. I would highly recommend this deck to anyone and look forward to collecting other decks. It wonderful when a product delivers what it claims it will. These go above and beyond.

I'm an online instructor. I constantly create presentations and give speeches to my students. I did my first presentation using the StortyTeller Tactics, and it was very exciting to see everything coming together.

Each card gives you many great ideas to implement and tells your story. I love how much "common sense" is in every single card.

Probably all the information inside the cards you already know it; however, having them in a deck format is amazingly fun and removes the stress of thinking "how I will do this presentation" and now is "Umm I will mix this card and the other and create my story"

Amazing product and fantastic customer service if problems come up. I recently purchased their complete set which included the digital versions and the physical deck of cards. Unfortunately USPS was not reliable and lost my order, Pip decks team made up for their USPS’s downfall by quickly shipping me a replacement.
