I didn't receive the package and no one contacted me for delivery!!

I am requesting an immediate refund please...

Just so useful. These decks and their associated navigation steps have been pivotal for me gathering my thoughts when translating client needs into required workshops, activities and team tactics.

Pip Decks are like books you can literally play with.
Each deck is a rabbit hole of mental models from which you will come out and truly "Think Different".
If you are serious about expanding your Thoughtware, this collection is invaluable.

These cards are so clever and making you think outside the comfort zones of why you think your idea is brilliant. It allows deep dives into how to anticipate an issue and then solve it, well before it becomes an issue. They are so unique, there is nothing like it out there.
You get the best out of them when used with the videos on the Vault.

PIP decks are such a great tool for boosting creativity or getting unstuck. The cards are super easy to use a full of awesome ideas. I use mine all the time for meetings, storytelling, creating presentations and strategies.

Big fan of the system. I have all the decks and treasure them for different reasons, their purposes are self explanatory and they deliver on the content. I have presented an academic poster on Storyteller Tactics and have used the Workshop Tactics and Strategy Tactics system in three different interactive workshops. Really good system, very approachable content, breaks down difficult concepts into bite-sized pieces. I would compare this to a 'reader's digest' version of the source material or 'cliff notes' rendition of a play.
My only two gripes are the price point and difficult to unsort cards if they get mixed between decks. Difficult to put a price on value, but if you treasure it, they will shower you with treasures in return, so I think the price is worth it if you can afford it. If you are on a budget get the digital version then print your own at staples or kinkos, put them in card sleeves if fancy. If you buy it and let it collect dust then just like anything that's on you. Would like to see a stamp with a symbol on the cards to help sort them back into the deck where they belong (think dominion card game).
Overall great investment.

The product is great. Getting the product was extremely frustrating. My parcel was not even shipped. And when it was finally shipped the delivery service needed me to give them an importers code in order to get my parcel through customs. The user experience of this whole process was shocking. I was super stressed the whole time especially because it is NOT a cheap product at all. So word of caution on this front.

Coherent product with great physical quality, they not only provide useful tools that you can work individually or combined, they're also dressed with a pretty cool design.

As for the Customer Support, they've always been there for every inquiry I had, and I always had a solution whenever they responded, I really am glad that at the other end the support was always kind and helpful

The story teller is hard to navigate yourself but the slack community is very active and supportive to guide you on the right track. Also the support team is very nice, I had to pay extra customs and they refund them!

Completely useless. Waste of money for something that at best resembles a buzz word bingo.

Note: I was given these by a colleague who did not find them useful at all either. Now that I have written my honest and genuine review, they as for my full name, phone number reference numbers and what not. I imagine that I can write a review of a product without having to disclose personal details or having to disclose the details of the friend or colleague who gave me these cards.

Great customer support. Quickly resolved an issue immediately and took the hit when they didn't have to.

To anyone who leads a team (paid, volunteers, or some mix of the two)- I highly recommend Pip Decks. The wisdom is timeless and it breaks complex (and often mysterious) process into easily digestible bits of clear thinking.

You notice how well companies treat their customers, when something goes wrong. The postal service messed up the delivery, but the support team here was friendly, swift and very effective in resolving the matter. Much appreciated!
