The delivery service claimed not to be able to deliver. I couldn't contact them. So, I contacted PipDecks customer service to help. They replied quickly and arranged delivery to a pick up point the next day. Thanks!

I ordered a set of Storytelling cards. When they arrived, however, a small ink smudge from the printing process was visible on a few of them. I emailed customer service, and they sent me a new set without hesitation.
The cards are beautifully printed. It's a premium product, not only because of the content but also because of the materials and production value.
I'm using them to plan keynotes and presentations.

First the order got lost or wasn't shipped out but customer support was very helpful and shipped it out once more. Thanks!

I am currently writing my forth book and I never had so much fun as I'm having now with the genius help of my pip deck on story telling. I have a method of working with it - I bought the vegan leather case, and I connect with it with my heart, close my eyes, breathe in deeply, asking for what I want. Even though I always get the right cards, I am always in awe to see it in front of my eyes!...
Pip is also a great companion for my short healing stories.
Before I had a lot more work to get where I am now, thanks to my pip.

I ordered two decks that I was planning on using for a facilitation workshop but nothing ever arrived. I contacted the post office and never received any updates or status on where the package was delivered. I am sure the decks are great, but the product delivery is part of the overall customer experience so this was a major fail.

Excellent product! While I love the physical deck, the online vault is also a great supplement to have. Customer service was very responsive to my needs and was able to address an issue that I had.

Good product, triggers new thoughts and comes in different formats, with templates. I had an issue with the delivery of the Storyteller Tactics deck I ordered. I contacted the customer service that quickly answered. They took time to genuinely understand my situation and they solved it fast! Pip Decks is a company that can be trusted and I'm ready to buy from them again.

I love all of the Pipdeck cards - they are not only wonderfully designed but also really helpful. What I like most about them: The cards come with digital add-ons. There's the vault where you can download all cards either as PDFs or ready-to-work on Miro boards. Then, there are explanatory videos, which are great for understanding how a specific card can be used in a specific setup. I bought the bundle (5 decks) about two years ago and don't get tired of using them!

I have discovered gold, diamonds, and gems in your pip deck support system. The world has lost touch with who they are. They have decided others are wiser than them, richer than them, and more proficient in matters that involve communicating with them.

I find it gratifying to know, how a set of cards inspires the way we think, reason, and use communications to improve our world.

The cards are great as a stand alone, but the extension effort to see vault and sequenced card sets for understanding how to arrive at a message, which is heard, seen, and understood.

I have found PipDecks amazing to help focus and organize my thoughts. I have now used the workshop tactics on several occasions with great feedback after my workshops. Many people ask how I was able to put all of those great activities together and it becomes a wonderful opportunity to showcase PipDecks. I have both the digital and physical cards. I didn’t think the physical cards would be helpful at first, but what I love about them is I can lay them out, arrange them, rearrange them and all very quickly while maintaining a high-level view.

Great quality cards and case. Will last me a long time.
