Great support!

After receiving an iPad Pro case that I bought from the Pipetto online store, I noticed a small defect on it. I sent a request to Pipetto support and they responded promptly and replaced the case under warranty with no hassle. It's refreshing to see this level of support for products - thank you!

I love Pipetto iPad covers and we have had several over the years but they no longer produce one for my ancient iPad 🥲I emailed them and the amazing Clare had a look in the cupboards and found me one and it’s on its way 🥳thank you Clare🥰and thank you Pipetto for the best iPad covers on the market 😀

Great case for my iPad mini 7

I bought this case for my iPad mini 7 as I was attracted to the origami features of the case. Unfortunately there were some minor magnet placement issues that meant that the cover could flap open under gravity. This was due to unforeseen differences between the iPad mini 6 and 7. Thankfully Pipetto were very helpful and redesigned the case before sending a replacement. I can say that the new model works perfectly and would highly recommend it as an affordable case for the iPad mini 7.

Magnificent Customer Service

Although technically my issue SHOULD have been dealt with by the company I purchased from ( apple) they dismissed my issue immediately as it was purchased from apple “ shop” NOT “ store”. However, the customer service from the manufacturer Pipetto was exemplary! Special thanks to Anna & her understanding & patience. Very nice to know in this day & age, stick to purchasing & supporting small independents & not faceless corporations corporates!

Happy Pipetto user veteran

I am a Pipetto iPad case user for many years now and utilized four different iPad across that time. I can only tell best about the quality and service. Surely I’ve had two warranty claims during that time but they all been processed professionally and without any problems. Reason was also justified since I’m using iPad very heavily, on a daily basis for may work and privately. Usability and tab security on highest level. I recommend!

First class customer service

First class customer service. I had an issue with an order and Anna helped me until resolution. Great commmunication and a customer first attitude which is rare these days. Thanks Anna,oh and Pipetto for a great cover for my IPad Pro 👍🏻

Incredible customer service.

I needed a receipt from 2020 and the customer service team were extremely helpful in tracking down the one I needed, going way beyond my expectations of finding it!! Thank you so much. All my family have the origami iPad cases and we think they are a brilliant product.

Great experience

Great experience - I made a slight error by entering the wrong email address but the amazing customer service team were quick to fix this for me. They also tracked my order and followed up to check it had been delivered, which they didn't have to and this was a small detail that I really appreciated and shows how much they care about their customers. Case is perfect and fits my new MacBook better than anything I could have ordered on Apple/Amazon, can't comment on the longevity but it arrived in perfect condition and looks great, so I'm a happy customer and glad I ordered from them! Special thanks to Anna from the team.

Great service

Had a fault with an iPad case that was coming up to 2 years old. Contacted Pipetto Customer Service and they arranged for a free replacement that arrived within 1 week. I have bought a number of items from Pipetto and always found them to be of good quality and very functional.

Avoid buying directly from them.

Purchased a case from them directly. However upon arrival the case was damaged. Arranged for it to be sent back August 13th and I’m still awaiting for my refund 2 weeks on. They are saying that their warehouse hasn’t received the return yet the Evri returns tracker saying they have attempted to deliver on the August 15th. Countless chasing via email and still no closer to getting a refund from them. I’d avoid them from now, shame as they usually make good cases.

Sorry to hear your item arrived damaged. Our warehouse do check items before they go out, so it’s most likely the item was damaged in transit. On these occasions, we of course offer free returns shipping and a refund or replacement, to make sure we get it right. I’m glad we were able to get this resolved for you. :)

Edited - bumpy customer service journey but now resolved

Pipetto’s website reassuringly claims to offer 14 day hassle free returns. My experience shows this is misleadingly inaccurate at great expense and inconvenience.

I placed an order for a £49.95 item. I cancelled it two hours later (having decided to get a different Pipetto product). Two days later Pipetto ignored my cancellation and despatched the item adding £5.99 shipping costs for an item I had told them two days earlier I no longer wanted. After some email exchanges with the company I returned the item spending another £4. I used the shipping address given to me by the company.

Royal Mail were unable to deliver the item despite me posting it to the correct address. The Royal Mail label tells me it was “not called for” so presumably no-one from Pipetto was at its address to receive the item (bizarre) and they didn’t bother to ask Royal Mail to rearrange delivery in the 18 days it is held for before being returned.

The item is now back with me and I don’t know what to do. Do I pay another £4 to deliver it again in the hope someone from Pipetto is in?

Anyway. My point is this. Shop elsewhere. Don’t rely on Pipetto’s misleading promise for hassle free returns. I’m out of pocket by nearly £60 with more cost and inconvenience to come.

UPDATE - following some more exchanges of correspondence I was eventually able to return the item and thankfully Pipetto was able to refund the item plus most of the posting costs. So it ended up resolving favourably. Wish it had been smoother and less reliant on me getting involved. But I’m grateful it resolved on the end.

Our returns process is hassle-free in that it’s automated, so customers can book the returns request via our website to automatically generate a returns label. There is no emailing and waiting for a reply on how to return an item or ‘hidden’ process likes there is with some other brands. As soon as the item is received, it’s booked in and a refund is issued. It sounds like on this occasion there was a delivery error back into our warehouse though the carrier, which caused some hassle. Unfortunately these things can be out our control as well, but I’m glad we were able to get it resolved for you.

I love Pipetto’s origami iPad cover

I love Pipetto’s origami iPad cover — it allows for both portrait and landscape orientation, plus additional positions, it is smart-looking and lightweight.
I got my first one in Europe and used it for years before recently needing a new one for a newer-model iPad. I am in Canada now and could not find one here, and I don’t use Amazon, so was very pleased to know that Pipetto ships internationally.
The service was very very good, efficient, and shipping costs were reasonable.
I subsequently ordered an “Ultra Lite” MacBook sleeve; there was an issue with the sleeve, and later with order delivery, but they addressed both issues as soon as I informed them and resolved the problems right away.
Customer service was excellent — responsive and friendly, and I was very happy with Pipetto.
