Awfully expensive for a gimmic. Holidaying on Dartmoor with a rescue dog we got the teacher in case she wandered off. Well we did niot have tracking for majority of 7 days we were there. The promise of storing her activity did not hardly work either. Battery life was abysmal.

I'm sorry that the tracker didn't work in Dartmoor when you needed it to. It would be good to know the exact postcode as sometimes these lovely parts of the UK don't have the masts or network coverage our device requires to work how we like it to.
In turn, a poorer signal will equate to the device trying harder to come in touch with us so this will cause the battery to drain quicker.

Very easy to install and set up the App. The device attaches very simply to the harness and doesn't interfere with the dogs 'playtime'. Tracks the dog very accurately. Very pleased and it gives us peace of mind when she is off the lead.

Quick delivery. Overall happy with the product. One small drawback is the time taken for the app to locate your dog - you usually have to wait around 10 mins on each initiation. Also it doesn't work inside your house as it needs to be outside to get a satellite signal. Other than that, good value for money.

Before setting off on your next adventure, would you mind selecting Start A Walk within the Location tab on the app? When you then use Find My Dog, the device will have already woken up and, paws crossed, you should find the live-tracking much quicker. Just remember to End A Walk when you are back to save the battery life :)
