Glow tonic is the best
Glow tonic is hands down their best product ever, it made my acne prone skin so much better and glowing. Their price point is also brilliant. I am excited to try some of their other products in the future.
Awful, shocking, rubbish, save your money!
Awful. Don't bother ordering from them cos you won't get your order and then when u try to get hold of them ... you don't apparently? I tried fb msngr, multiple emails and tried calling the number but after 3 weeks I've had ZERO response. All they have done is remove my complaint posts on their fb page so some1 is DEF there which makes this customer service all the more insulting. I can see I'm not on my own here either. Don't waste your hard earned money with Pixi Beauty they literally couldn't care less about their customers!

If I could give 0 stars I would do that. This is the 3rd time I ordered from pixi's website. And again I didn't receive my parcel because they didn't even write the address correctly. Also they refuse to back money because the parcel didn't back to London. I am really so disappointed. I decided not to support this brand any more. I won't buy their products neither from their website nor from any other. For my first order they sent my parcel to the wrong country and I didn't receive money. Now the story repeats.

I wish I had checked some reviews before ordering on their website. I placed an order on March 3rd, payment was deducted on March 5th. They refused to deliver my items based on the fact that I paid with a foreign credit card and they suspected it was a fraud (!). Good to know that even if they suspect it's a fraudulent order they charge you nonetheless ! It's been 2 months now. Still waiting for a refund or a delivery of the items I've paid for. No answer to my messages adn their "warnings" fall directly into your spam box (normal for scammers)... Honestly I'm really shocked giving all the beauty gurus talking about the brand.I think we should spam all their social networks and file a case all together.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I recently placed an order with Pixi and received a confirmation email and the Royal Mail tracking link fairly promptly. However, the status of the tracking link didn’t change from ‘sender preparing parcel’ for over 2 weeks.
I started emailing and attempting to contact them on social media but heard nothing back. I also tried calling the number on the website but no-one answered...on the one occasion that they did, no-one was on the other end of the phone. All I could hear was a group of women complaining about how much they hated their jobs.
It was at this point that I began to think I’d been scammed.
Eventually, after another few weeks of emailing, I spoke to someone. The telephone number on the website is for the Covent Garden store, but they should be able to help out with online orders. I provided my order number and the lady I spoke to said how confused she was that my parcel had not been sent yet. She promised to either find the parcel or send a new one out that day.
It took another week before the parcel turned up. The items had been thrown into the box and no care had been taken whatsoever.
I don’t believe that this is a bad company but they clearly don’t have the infrastructure to respond to customers. Having read the other reviews on here, it appears that what happened to me was not isolated.
Pixi products are available to buy from a lot of respected retailers. I would highly recommend purchasing from them rather than going to Pixi direct.
Placed an order on the 27th March
Placed an order on the 27th March, still not received and numerous emails sent via online website portal and direct and still no response.
Phone number takes you through to the London store and NOT customer service and they are of no help what so ever as they say they cannot access records.
£40 order placed and I advise all others to stay clear of using the company website. Now contacting Consumer Direct to start a case against Pixi and I advise all others in this situation to do the same.
Make sure to take screenshots of order status/Royal Mail status as evidence for your case.

Ordered on the 22nd of march and my order still hasn’t shipped or arrived. They haven’t responded to any of my emails, and their customer service number is a complete joke. It’s shocking for such a big company. Absolutely disgusting and so much money wasted! I even went as far as contacting them on facebook and instagram and they replied to my comment on instagram with some horse crap like “Check your dms for assistance beautiful!” and they didn’t even message or respond to me?
How this company is still in business with the service as poor as it is baffles me.
Don’t buy from pixi’s website or you’ll be sorely disappointed!
120 pound orders not shipped, no customer service
I placed two orders 16 days ago and have contacted them multiple times since, because they have not been shipped. I tried to reach them on their email-address (twice) and online form (twice), and I contacted them on Facebook. No reply. I spent over 120 pounds on these two orders and will never buy from them again. The lack of customer service is not okay for such a big brand.
Update after a month: the second order has arrived, the first one is still missing. It has now been 30 days, and I have contacted them many, MANY times (phone, customer service email address, online form on their homepage, Facebook) without anyone ever answering. 60 pounds I will never see again. "Thank you", Pixi!

My order was placed on the 27th March, but until now my parcel hasn't been dispatched. I was trying to contact them with email for a refund request, haven't got the answer-back. The telephone number is a joke, never could reach it.
Never thought that a big company like Pixi could have such a terrible service.

If i could give it zero stars I would. I ordered one of the pallets and broke out in hives from using it. Im not sure if it was just a bad batch or something but i face has never been more painful
Great quality products but poor delivery experience
I placed an order from Pixi Beauty a while back, and whilst I have been happy with their products, there was one major issue with my order. They got my address wrong on the parcel (even though I checked afterwards and I had given my address correctly), which led to my 'Something for you' card getting delivered to the wrong person. Therefore, I had no idea that there was a parcel for me, and the person who had received the card had no idea who I was or where I lived. I had to make several phone calls to Royal Mail to sort this out, and I only received my order two weeks after it should've been delivered.
Again, the products are great quality (therefore 3 stars) - but I won't be ordering from their own website again as I don't want to risk having to deal with that hassle again.
