I am very pleased with the pixi’s customer’s service. I had an issue with a product and contacted Customer Service. They were very kind and efficient. They even offered replacing the product but i was afraid the same issue might arise and asked for a refund. And, the next day i received a message that i have been refunded. I was so happy. I will surely purchase more products from pixi because i love almost all their products.

I am very pleased with the service. I had an issue with my package and contacted Customer Service. They were very kind and efficient moreover, they sent me a replacement because the original one got lost. My only recommendation would be giving an additional option for shipping (even if the option is a bit more expensive), as normal mail services in some countries (unlike the UK) are really bad.

Love pixi products, particularly the primers,they are the best I've ever used. Shopped on line a few times d always had great customer service. Just for information for anyone who thinks Pixi pay for good reviews......I have not been paid to post a positive review, this is just my opinion of the company.

I love pixi products but they are a little pricey for my budget. That’s why when there’s a sale or discount code featured I jump at the change to bulk buy! Today my discount didn’t work - my own typo error but when I emailed customer services and explained they refunded me without a single quibble! Excellent service!

I was so taken aback by Pixi's fantastic and thoughtful customer service team! I reached out because I unfortunately had a reaction to 2 of their products, glow tonic and rose glow mist. I think in addition to my prescription it was too much, and my face became sensitive. They got back to me so quickly and advised me to discontinue use, and to return it where I purchased it from. They also recommended I try their hydrating milky toner and mist instead, and offered to send them to me! I couldn't be happier with that response. I really just wanted to be able to return it, as it was on the pricey side. Pixi went above and beyond, and I am so excited to try the new products.

Pixi is the only cosmetics company that has truly been allergy friendly. I contacted them in hopes of finding out what I can use from them that was Celiac Disease friendly and they were more than happy to correspond with me several times to work out a routine of their products including skincare and makeup products that are 100% gluten free and I could not be happier. I look forward to watching the company grow in the future.

I ordered a lip stain. It did not look right when I got it. I sent a photo in an email. She wrote back and said it half full and that she would be sending me new one.

I love Pixi products they are amazing and so is the customer service. I went back and forth via email with Latifah and she was so helpful she responded fast and helped me with everything I needed!! Thank you Pixi I will continue to buy your products and advise other people to do so as well!!

When I went on the PIXI website, I was intrigued by the lipsticks. They were the WORST drying lipsticks this aficionado has ever used. I've had the best, and the most expensive. This was a 40.00 mistake for 3, and I literally threw them in the trash after applying the first pink. HORRIBLE. They just had no moisture in them whatsoever. Sorry VEGAN lovers: guess I like moisture and smooth application. This was horrible.

After friends recommended products went online and placed an order which I am still waiting to arrive, customer service none existent phone number puts you to a store who cannot help, left to emails which are answered in America who are useless, promise the goods but nothing. A delivery was eventually made with a free tester really!!! Complained again as Pixi believe that 10 mls of primer is £100 worth of skincare. I have had to resort to a fraud claim via credit card company . Please avoid the stress if you have to have Pixi products either buy in store or via third party I will not be using them again
