I wanted to try a Pixi product I never used before and had a hard time deciding which shade would be right for me. I contacted Pixi’s customer service and Coreen helped me find my shade. I was really impressed but a quick it was. Within a few hours and a couple of exchanges I put in my order. Coreen was very helpful and specific and understood what I needed. Thank you 🙏🏻

Absolutely love Pixi products and their customer service is fantastic! I ordered my favourite Glow Tonic and some make up birthday treats. My order was dispatched really quickly. When the items were held at customs the Pixi team were so helpful and reassuring!

Latifah, my Pixi customer service officer was incredibly understanding and helpful. I purchased some products after Brexit and living in Greece I had to pay extra clearance charges that I didn’t know of (approx. same cost as my purchase). I emailed the company and they offered for a refund, which I did not accept since I’d like to receive the products ASAP. I love PIXI products for all the obvious reasons. As a result the company offered me an equivalent voucher for my next purchase. The email communication was quick and professional, after sending my receipts from the clearance office I received my voucher. Amazing customer service, amazing employees and amazing products.

Pixi are always incredibly helpful, and my recent experience was no different. I live in the EU, and with the UK leaving, I was wrongly hit with customs charges. Within a couple of short hours of emailing the customer service team, I had been issued a refund and apology, no questions asked. On the order side of things, my items arrived extremely quickly and I am very happy with them. Pixi is one of the few companies that still prides itself on great customer service!

Latifah promptly responded to my issue, which was I received a parcel containing an empty box of the product that I had ordered. She reassured me that this would he thoroughly investigated as it wasn’t a complaint they had received before, and also arranged for a replacement to be sent to me. Great customer service and wonderful products from a favourite brand of mine!

Latifah was just extremely helpful with an issue I faced with my delivery at customs in Greece. Her responses were really efficient, quick and she helped me to get the delivery out of customs without being charged the taxes! Really grateful for clearing things out. To my Greek girlfriends ordering from Pixi, be careful with the new regulations after Brexit, you may be imposed to pay taxes.

Have to say although some of the products didn't suit me the customer service was exceptional. Even though I was out of my 30 day return a refund was offered and a phone call confirming my satisfaction also credited. Can't fault the attention I received or the friendliness of the customer service staff. Thank you refreshing friendly and helpful too

Pixi have been a life saver since I started their product, I firstly started on skincare , and now moved to make up , I love all of the products, my skin is the best it has ever been.

I know with brexit and covid companies are under pressure but ordered an item from pixi on Sunday evening, tried to cancel it then as now duty is being charged to import into Ireland. Rang the phone number, sent 3 emails, filled out their form online etc and took my money out last night Tuesday and still not answering my emails, no customer service at all in the last 2 days, very annoyed.

I love their products! Team is extremely prompt with answering queries! Loved my experience.

One of my bottles had leaked when it was delivered. I sent photos and a replacement has been sent out straight away. All very efficient . Greta customer service
