Faulty packaging
I ordered a serum and upon opening it, I cut my thumb as the cap was extremely sharp. I contacted customer services to make them aware and received a response from Fallon within 15mins. She apologised and asked for the batch number and my address. Today I have received 4 full sized products in the post- a lovely, unexpected gesture. Great customer service!

I made an order mistake- Fallon fixed it :)
I mistakingly ordered the wrong shade of H20 skintint and contacted customer care the next day to see if there was time to adjust my order or if not what my options were
Not even 15 minutes later, I was contacted by Fallon who let me know that unfortunately it was to late to adjust the order but she gave me some other options instead.
She kindly suggested that I could return the shade when it got to me and just place another order for the right shade AND she would also adjust the price to the original 20% off promo I had used in my first order! (I used a promo for the order with the wrong shade and was worried I’d have to just miss out on it due to my mistake)
I was very happy with Fallon’s service and with the company allowing her to make the experience right for the customer (even though I made the mistake). She was prompt, polite, professional, clear and easy to understand when laying out my options. I was overly satisfied with her assistance and will continue to buy from Pixi due to how I was helped and treated! Thank you Fallon!

What a joke EDITED
EDIT: I love when companies prove me wrong, all has been resolved to my satisfaction. Just beware of how some information you provide can mislead customers.
Extremely disappointing, customer service I haven't seen like in the UK for the 7 years I lived here.
I was buying an h2o skintint, contacted an adviser before the purchase for advice as it's not easy to pick the right shade from the photos online (and some shades have pictures of different shades attached to it....) and I was given descriptions of shades, which I found out later were incorrect. I said to the adviser my skin is light with neutral undertones and was told to go for shade Nude and that if it happens to be wrong I can always exchange it free of charge. So I ordered Nude, When it arrived I tried it and was too dark. I contacted Pixi again, said what happened and asked for advice about shades again. This time I got different descriptions, this time it said Cream is for light skin with neutral undertones, which is what I said in the previous conversation that I have but was told to go for Nude. Oh and by the way, please check your website, the picture of the Cream shade isn't correct, was told Porcelain is your lightest shade, but just look at the pictures on your website and tell me if I'm blind.... this makes it even more confusing choosing the right colour, you have some of the lighter colours switched... Right, so then I went to ask for an exchange, I was told they are not able to exchange it and that I have to pay for return shipping. Now, Pixi, tell me, what should have I done differently? I went online, and your pictures of shades on the product are not correct. I contacted for help and was given wrong descriptions and wrong advice for shade. I was lied to when I was told you can exchange it for free. What should I have done differently, that would make me liable? order no 162750.

Excellent customer care. I receiver eyecat eyeliner as a birthday present and got rid of the packaging before discovering that the liner was dry.
It was kindly replaced and further advice was given that the tip could be taken out and the sides swapped for extra product. The new liner arrived within a day and I am pleased to say the the product works well
Lost parcel
I received an email to say my parcel had been delivered and how did I find the products?! I wrote to customer care my concerns and Fallon dealt with this immediately, very sympathetic and assured me she will look into it and get back in 48hrs, which I admit she did and that straight away impressed me. As most customer care say they will contact you and never do.
Fallon then asked me if I wanted a refund or re order, I obviously wanted the product so opted for re ordering , all done , very friendly, caring and efficient. I can’t recommend Pixie beauty enough, great product and great customer care
