Pixi Beauty Reviews 

Have used pixi beauty products for a while now and always liked them. The last thing I was given as a gift was the 3 pack vitamin c masks. However, in the pack, there were only 2 masks. When I contacted customer service to complain, they just said take it back to a store. What? Any store?? It was a gift and I don’t have any receipts. Am seriously disappointed with the response and I feel my complaint was not taken seriously and nothing was resolved. Do they not think it fair to send me one mask to replace the missing one?? Very unfair.

Pixi’s customer service is excellent. They get back right away and are so friendly and helpful. The items I ordered were dispatched straight away and arrived really quickly. Really impressed and pleased with my experience with them.

I had cause to contact Pixi Beauty UK Customer Service. I was extremely pleased with the help and service given. From my initial email Coleen (Customer Care Specialist) was on the ball, so polite and extremely professional. Brilliant service and would definitely recommend, not only the products, but the Customer Service Team. Well done everyone!

I am really glad to say that all the experience of purchasing including making the order, receiving help and support via the mail, and getting the purchase from my courier was so satisfactory. I have made my order on Monday 19.07 and received it on Friday 23.07 in small town in Bulgaria. Absolutely amazing! I love all the products of the brand and I will definitely continue purchasing them!

Required a refund on a change of mind. The team were very prompt in their reply and more than happy help. Thanks for the help in very difficult times.

I placed an order and didn't receive any free sample as it said I would in an email I got from the company. Sent an email, didn't want to complain too much because I also had gotten free shipping. The company then sent me three samples via priority mail! Like some eye shadow I just got from them and between that and the way customer service treated me would not hesitate to order from them again.

I absolutely LOVE and trust the entire range from Pixi! In the past I would mix and match my cosmetic/skin care products and shop with several brands. But Pixi, with their stellar products put an end to all that, and now it's my one stop shop. Also the customer service is great. I had some trouble getting my 10% off code and they remedied it as soon as I contacted them.

I’ve used Pixi products for years and was rather panicked when I heard Tint and Conceal was being discontinued.
I emailed Pixi customer support and received a swift reply which turned into a very helpful consultation about a suitable replacement product and colour. I ordered online via Pixi’s UK website and received delivery the following day. Fantastic service. Pixi remains my go to brand.

I had a product go defective, and it was beyond the store's return policy limit. As a goodwill gesture, a customer service rep named Coreen offered to replace the product for me. I was only hoping for a replacement to the broken component (a lip gloss wand) - I felt like a replacement product was more than generous. My experience was so positive and such a breeze, I'll be singing Pixi's praises to all of my friends and fam, and I will always be an advocate for this amazing beauty brand!

This is the first time I have purchased from Pixi Beauty and I had a minor problem with the website. I dread contacting any customer service as there is usually recorded messages you have to listen to and buttons to press. It was great to get straight through to a normal human being - Coreen was extremely helpful. Best customer service I have had - and I’m not easy to please. Was a bit worried about the delivery date as there was a warning about COVID but again no problem and arrived right on time.

I have been ordering products from Pixi for a few years now. Love the products and have never had any issues with my order until now. My latest order was never delivered by our local carrier. I got in touch with Pixi customer service and received a response quickly with next steps. The resolution was great, communication was friendly and clear. I cannot say enough about their customer service team.

I liked your fast response, within minutes you've answered my questions and first I felt eager to give it a go and place a order from you maybe in the future, though it seemed like you have very good vegan products? But now I don't know if I wanna put down all the time, money and the effort it takes to eventually be let down, after reading the bad reviews so many have left here! :S It doesn't feel worth the shot, when I live in Sweden and support our companies here. And especially when I live in the Northern Sweden, where the shipping always is 1-2 days extra from the capital. I want quick deliverys most of the time.

I was concerned about my order cause i read that supposedly they don’t ship to Mexico right after i did my purchase so i emailed customer services and asap i got an answer from Fallon and they confirmed that they DO ship to Mexico and i was so relieved cause i truly love Pixi! It’s my favorite brand and i was struggling for more than a year cause i didn’t know how to get my products considering the pandemic. I’m so excited for my order to arrive, their products always have a 10/10 for me.
