I placed an order for the Greta Work Tote as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The service was good and the bag came in plenty of time for Christmas. Now, three months later the stitching on the bag is coming undone in a few places. She has only used the bag to go the office a handful of times because she has been working from home since Covid started. This is also not due to overstuffing the bag. It is advertised to be able to carry a laptop. I am extremely disappointed in the product.

Update: The customer service at Pixi Mood was absolutely amazing. They reached out to me right away after I sent them an email explaining how disappointed I was with the bag I purchased. They only asked for pictures of the stitching coming undone and to confirm the name of the purse. Well today the new purse arrived. I haven't opened it yet but I am hoping that this one lasts longer. If it doesn't I know that I can reach out again. Thank you Pixi Mood.

I ordered a Mask Chain in the Hazelnut colour and it arrived today. I really like it! It is well made, adds some style to my wearing a mask, is useful and affordable. I have seen some Mask chains that are ridiculously expensive.
I would recommend the Pixie Mood mask chains.

Pretty but disappointing. That's super frustrating to get a final sale thinking "I like the look, know what to expect in terms of material and their main picture says it fits a 14" laptop... Mine is a 13" so it's all set".

The 13" laptop barely makes it. It's super hard to zip after, I have to push and try to stretch the non stretchy leather like bag and it feels like the zip will break.
Plus, with that going on, let's say it's obviously hard to fit much more in there cause if you use the witdth / depth than you lose the length and space needed to zip above the laptop.

That's misrepresentation. Disappointing.

I have the Valerie in washed pink. It'll become another too many handbag cause I've got no use for it as to what the company says it's good for : carrying a 14" laptop.

TERRIBLE QUALITY. Used this one time and the handle now has ripped chunks and the corners look brown and worn. One time. This should be more durable, I'm very disappointed. Very.

The strap broke on my Molly bag and was not replaceable. I couldn't find a repair shop who would use the same material so that wasn't an option. The team at Pixie Mood was so helpful! They offered to give me 40% off of my next purchase. I have ordered a new purse and can't wait for it to arrive! The shipping costs gave this a 3 star. I love the products! I received one in a Causebox. I bought a wallet but the shipping was a flat rate at $12. I would return to purchase more but only if I was buying several items at a time.
