Love my Piyama pieces
Love my Piyama pieces - have 2 dresses that I use over bathers and always get asked where they’re from. Had a small issue with my latest purchase and the Piyama team rectified quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend 🩷
Great service and quality pjs!
Wonderful quality pajamas. Love them. Had a customer service issue with out of stock items and the owner herself emailed me to resolve it. Customer service and quality were both outstanding. Highly recommend!
So so happy with the pajamas
So so happy with the pajamas! So cute and so high quality. Cannot be more excited to use these for myself and my bridesmaids while we get ready for my wedding! will be purchasing again!
False and misleading
False and misleading. Poor quality and would not bother with this company.
Terrible quality and even worse customer service.
Pajamas were completely see through. But don’t worry, instead of being able to return for a refund, you can exchange them for a cheaper pair of see through pajamas. What a joke. Never again.
I simply love Piyama
I simply love Piyama! They have such beautiful garments that are so high quality! I recommend them to all my friends and family!!
Best lounge wear/ pjs
Cutest pjs ever. My whole family owns them. SUPER COMFORTABLE. Super cute patterns and designs.
Perfect pjs
Great products, speedy delivery and quality fabric. Have purchased multiple sets now and gifted some and everyone loves them!
Great PJs!!
I bought a pair of these PJs and was so impressed I’ve just purchased a couple for gifts! Honestly the material is so soft and comfy, I always get compliments (mostly from Hubbie 😂) and tbh they exceeded my expectations! No problems with order at all and they came relatively quick.
The best PJs
Beautiful pieces and their fabrics are divine. Many friends and family have used Piyama for their weddings. Love how they are constantly releasing new designs. Great customer service and always super prompt delivery. Highly recommend!!
Great product and great customer service
Great, comfy pyjamas! I’ve purchased a number of times over the past few years and have always been impressed at the quality, cut and fabrics.
I also had a great experience with the team after my recent Black Friday order was misplaced by the courier - can’t thank them enough for their prompt response and quick actions to resend my entire order so it made it to me on time.
My friend bought a nighty/resort dress…
My friend bought a nighty/resort dress for me for Christmas and it was an awful fit. She has been advised that they will only offer store credit if an item has a promotion of more than 15%. This is disgusting
Deceptive Return Policy
Incredibly deceptive Black Friday/Cyber Monday return policy. I read their policy before purchasing $400 worth of pajamas, but the language is confusing (the average customer cannot delineate between "sales" and "coupons") and hard to find (please remove the drop down menus for each section and create one big paragraph). Instead of being able to get a full refund for the items I want to return, I'm forced to get store credit.
Before this experience I was a huge fan of Piyama, as I had received a pajama set when I was a bridesmaid and really liked it. I was hesitant to order from an Australian brand because I've had bad return experiences in the past (looking at you, Shona Joy) but Piyama had a website banner that said "We have launched a US Warehouse – Faster & Cheaper Shipping + Returns." I mistakenly thought that this would make my experience better.
Piyama – Your return policy (or lack thereof) has hugely impacted my satisfaction and confidence in your brand. U.S. customers want low-risk shopping experiences on Black Friday, but protecting net revenue at the expense of customer loyalty does not encourage us to continue buying from you.
I will begrudgingly use my remaining store credit, but won't be purchasing from Piyama again in the future.

NO ONE IN USA SHOULD BUY FROM THIS…
NO ONE IN USA SHOULD BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I was sent a duplicate order, and the cheapest return option via the USPS was $44 that I still had to pay. I emailed the company mentioning that I did not place two separate orders, but they said I would have to provide proof of an error on THEIR website.
All the other reviewers are correct in that the company is deceptive and rude. Returns are only available if the company approves it!
The pajamas are not worth the money!!
Far better companies to patronize available.

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered five pairs of PJ's via this website for myself and four bridesmaids. Part of the reason I purchased these from here was because they offered a group discount and a promise of exchanges if the sizing was not right.
When they arrived, we quickly realised one pair of PJ's was going to be far too big for one of my bridesmaids. When I asked to swap for a smaller size, they refused. They said since it had now gone to 'Final Sale' they would not allow me to swap them, even though the size I required was showing as available. I explained that when I purchased these, it was not final sale. They had arrived two days earlier and I had requested to swap the size immediately after I opened the packaging. After a few back and forth emails across multiple days, the admin person finally agreed to allow me to swap to the other size, but only upon receiving the orginal pair. By the time it would get to them from New Zealand it would likely be another week. I asked if I was to send this back, would they please put the smaller size aside for me? their answer: NO.
I have never had such bad customer service. In the end the smaller size sold out, and I kept the original ones. The bridesmaid still wore them but they were huge on her.
Such a shame and I would never recommend Brides to order from this website due to their lack of flexibility and terrible email etiquette. Do disappointing as their instagram makes them look wonderful to buy from.
Absolutely beautiful fabrics
Absolutely beautiful fabrics! I bought two sets of pyjamas from Piyama and they are by far and away the best and softest PJs I’ve ever owned. Really surprised by the quality. Fast postage. Will definitely buy more.
Deceptive marketing and awful customer service
I ordered 10 robes for my bridal party and when they arrived, the fabric is so transparent that even light nude underwear could be seen through. I cant have bridesmaids take photos in these! So I went to make a return and found no order confirmation email. I reached out online and never heard back. I finally DMed the company on Instagram and asked for a refund considering the return policy is store credit only, but I need pjs for my wedding which is right around the corner and can’t rely on shipping from Australia to get here in time. Not making an exception when the issue is your fabric being transparent is rude enough but the way the business owner talked back to me and literally blocked me on Instagram, refusing to further discuss it, is another level. I was also told by this child I had made a typo on my email address but I literally have two email addresses and one looks like a “typo.” Even if I had made a mistake this is a sorry excuse for a company. Petty stubborn teenagers shouldn’t be selling $500 worth of merchandise. They can keep my money and hopefully put it towards customer service courses. As for the cheaply made “kimonos” I’m sure a needy person at the Salvation Army will appreciate them.
Nice product, inaccurate sizing and poor customer service
I ordered 2 pairs of pyjamas for my wife's birthday. I bought the extra small and obviously being a bday present and interstate I ordered on the early side to make sure it arrived on time. When tried on they were way too big even for a relaxed fit. I'm bigger than her and usually a size small, so thought I'd try them on and keep them if they fit as they are beautiful patterns and fabric. Even as a small, they are too big for me. I emailed and asked if I could get a refund given there was no option to swap as XS is their smallest size. The answer was no because of their 'strict' 30 day policy. I wouldn't recommend based on the sizing not being accurate and the lack of customer service meaning you may be stuck with expensive pyjamas that don't fit. Such a shame a company with a great product doesn't provide the customer service to match.
DO NOT ORDER! Rude, refusing to reply to emails, disgusting
I really wanted to write a positive review because their pyjamas look beautiful, but I ran into several issues.
If you’re ordering from anywhere OUTSIDE Australia, you’re going to be stung with seriously hefty import fees (mine was £150 to the UK after already paying near £350 for the items themselves!) – which you’re not made aware of at check out. I was told it would be impossible to add a message for every country at check out but even a one liner that covers everything would’ve been sufficient.
Ie. “If you’re ordering to the UK, Canada etc, please bear in mind large import fees will apply.”
They do have a Shipping tab at the bottom of their site which explains this but I doubt many people would look at that before going to checkout if the company says they ship internationally and you’re already pay a $45 shipping cost!
They said if I didn’t pay the import fees, my package would be destroyed rather than returned to sender. They also wouldn’t refund the shipping cost because they already absorb the fee. I’m absorbing an extortionate import fee so I was very surprised that after paying £350, they refused to refund $45 shipping when it says free shipping on their site. They also won’t refund any sale items or items that are shipped outside Australia so bear this in mind.
I’m now waiting for a refund on the discount for 7 items I ordered. I could only apply it to 5 items in my basket which made the discount 20% and not 25% on my entire basket and so I lost out on another $50 OR to simply redirect the parcel to an Australian address - which DHL said was totally possible, simple to do, but needed to be authorised from the sender.
This is the response I received:
I really do not have the time to read through your response.
We are in no way obligated to give you a special discount on anything. We have our discounts and offers set up for a reason, and just because it would be convenient to you to have the winter sets included in the bridal shop, is completely irrelevant. You were in no way shape or form forced to place an order with us. If you were unhappy with the terms of your order, you should have bought elsewhere.
Best wishes and this is the last email I will be replying to.
I will not be recommending or ordering again.
