Would like to commend PJH
Would like to commend PJH. Had to call the customer service team twice with a query - they were really helpful. Driver rang as promised 1/2 hour before delivery although there were also regular updates online / delivery went without a hitch.
PJH terrible, unreliable, liars. Avoid!
Look at all the bad ratings here and it's all true! Avoid ordering anything that is delivered via PJH, they are an absolute joke! and it's a shame B&Q have partnered with them as I will now need to look at another store to order large items from. PJH constantly lied to me saying my sink was on its way for tomorrow then after nothing I rang them and they said it was out of stock, then the same again the following week, no updates to tell me it wasnt in stock or anything, so unreliable. After 3 weeks I had it and cancelled the order via B&Q customer service. Absolute time wasters.
Bad customer service, unwilling to deliver to apartment.
This company delivered bathroom equipment but refused to deliver to the apartment and just left the heavy parcels downstairs at apartment front door.

Treat people like dirt use people for work make you look and feel stupid make you work a whole shift and sack you for no reason just cause they obviously don’t like you they did this to my friend who has mental health issues who’s trying there best in life and they think this is acceptable this is disgusting behaviour and Unprofessional!!!
Appalling customer care
Appalling customer care. Sent 10 emails and texts over 2 weeks telling me to be ready for the delivery of a BBQ ordered through B&Q, told to be at home and ready. I took the day off work at my cost. 20 hours before delivery I get a call saying they don't have the BBQ and wont deliver it, it was my problem to sort out with B&Q and they will have nothing more to do with it. They did not care at all of the impact of heir actions they showed zero customer care, it was just 'your problem'. 5 Minutes later I get another email telling me how to track my order and make sure I am at home, they are a total disgrace, unreliable, DO NOT USE.

I can not fault the service from this company.Ordered basin & pedestal from b&q online, within minutes was sent an e-mail to select my preferred delivery date.Was kept up to date with the order progress by txt and e-mail until the delivery date arrived. On the day of delivery the driver called when 15 minutes away and then on arrival. Very polite and helpful. Would be very happy to Use again , Thank you 😊
Delivery driver and mate were excellent…
Delivery driver and mate were excellent and cannot be faulted. However, they were unable to deliver glass bath screen as it wasn't on the lorry - suspicion that it was broken whilst loading.
Email received confirming delivery of replacement item - one week later - but no delivery received. When calling customer services they stated they were not going to deliver at all!
Appalling standard of driving.
Vehicle number DK68TZV delivered to my neighbour then instead of backing out down a 20ft wide road they had already driven up, the driver and his mate decided to turn round. In the process they broke branches off two of my trees, left gouges in my front lawn and moved two tyres and a sleeper on the edge of the garden with their lorry.

The Customer Service from this company is appalling!! I had reason to contact the delivery team on their 0345 number. After being told several times that her screen had frozen then I went on to give my delivery number and my details only to be told that she could not progress with this call after I clearly mistook the area of the B&Q store I had ordered my bathroom from. She clearly didn't want to deal with my call from the start, and was really unhelpful despite my attempts to discuss my dilemma. If I could give a nil * for customer service alone, then I would.
Missing item - probably stolen by delivery driver
Ordered a basin and a vanity unit. However the delivery team only delivered the basin and made my blind mum to sign for it. We didn't realise that the vanity unit was missing until we started work on the bathroom (a couple of months later).
An elderly disabled woman was taken advantage of by dishonest delivery staff! Tried to explain the situation to B&Q and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Avoid using this company at all costs!
Positive Review
Not sure what all these bad reviews are about, my experience with PJH has been brilliant, i ordered a shower glass door and side panel from B&Q, within 5 mins of leaving the store I had a confirmation email, within this email I was able to select my delivery day of choice, once confirmed I had the ability to track my order, I tracked my order on there app which updated if the time slot changed for any reason, my time changed as they managed to get to me earlier than planned, I also got a courtesy call 20 mins prior to there arrival.
When they did turn the guy and the lady working with him were polite and friendly, so in my experience PJH have been fantastic.

Excellent service
Just had a delivery of a very heavy shower cubicle to Cheddar in Somerset. We had two phone calls to say they were coming and they arrived within the time slot. Both the delivery men were superb. Polite, helpful and very careful about not damaging anything.

The driver of DK67UXS nearly wrote me off by changing lanes on a roundabout near Beverley on 18 September 2019. He entered one lane and then pulled left into the lane I was in, I had to take evasive action not to get crushed. The driver should be taught the use of mirrors.

We have had an account with PJH for about 6 years, closed it today due to very poor customer service and a worthless Guarantee. Lots of bad reports on here, can't say I'm surprised after my recent experience.

stay well clear of this company, customer service non existent, poor products, over charge, late deliveries, we took all there products out our showroom and replaced them with a more reliable supplier, they had 70% of our showroom and promised the earth but let us down,

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. This involves the delivery of a bath. The first time, after waiting in, they called to say they had run out of time and could not deliver. They then gave me a slot two weeks later. The bath came and was damaged. They then gave me a slot another two weeks later. Waited in all day. They called to say they had ran out of time. Rearranged for following day. Made arrangements to wait in. Called on the day to say they could not deliver. Rearranged to following day. I asked them to call me half an hour before so I could get there to let them in. They called at 9am saying they were at the flat so I had to rush over. They made me inspect the bath in the lorry with the two of them in there with me. I couldn't see the whole thing as a lot of it was covered in cardboard. My builders have gone to fit it and it is once again badly damaged. I cannot believe this service, it is absolutely DISGUSTING. My family have all said they would never use B&Q as a result and neither will I ever again. Waiting for a resolution now.
4 hour delivery window and they were still an hour late!!!
My parents were waiting from 7am - 2pm for a simple delivery today. 1 hour later than their window is not acceptable. If I was an hour late to all my students I’d never have any ! Even when they arrived they were banging and crashing everywhere.

Absolutely disgraceful service
Absolutely disgraceful service. I got a call to say that the driver would be with me in 45 minutes. 3 hours later, when I had been waiting in most of the day, I picked up a message saying that they couldn’t find my address or contact me so they went back to the depot. The phone signal in my area isn’t great, which may be why I didn’t get the message, but they could easily have stopped and asked someone for directions - my address isn’t that hard to find. When I phoned they said I’d have to re-book which, because of my work commitments is another 2 weeks away. I will be contacting B&Q about this too, as it is the carrier they use. Shocking service.
Two delivery drivers and lorry from PJH…
Two delivery drivers and lorry from PJH unnecessarily blocked access to my road (Gordon Road, Camberley reg DK68 TZW at 08.06 today) A pull - in was available two cars up. They we’re taking small heavy packages into a house - so nothing that could not have been transported on a sack truck or similar.
I waited a total of two/three mins and they told me to wait when I protested! Shocking, lazy, selfish and I note I’m not the only one having complained about this behaviour. I have photos.
