I ordered $500 worth of clothing on 7-30-2025. It is now 9-1-2025. I have received NOTHING. I have emailed them 5 times. Absolutely no reply...

Unfortunately I'm waiting for my items almost 3 weeks now, emailed them 3 times and no reply, nothing, no updates! It looks like it is a scam!

So their website says quick delivery and sounds like an English company, but after about 8 weeks your stuff will arrive only if you are a size large it would probably fit a 3 year old child!!!! Absolute liars as they say they will sort it in another 8 weeks, but as you probably can guesse they don’t! There thrives!!!!

I ordered 3 shirts on Feb 5, 2025.
One of three arrived within 2 weeks.
Have sent follow up requests for remaining 2 shirts with no response. It is now March 16, 2025.
I can understand delays, but I cannot understand this terrible customer service.

I ordered a jacket advertised as Lacoste TM. When it arrived it was clearly fake. No labels inside and the badge was not embroidered on. No return label or address in the package. I contacted Paul Jones Outlet and asked for a refund. They said to return the jacket but did not give a return address. They then said there is no return label as they don't accept returns. They then said I should return the jacket to China and I would get a refund. I have no faith that spending money to post the item to China will get me my money back and it will cost me a lot to find out. I contacted my bank for help and Paul Jones Outlet have tried to take my payment again! Theyve tried to charge me twice for a fake jacket. This company is a scam. Don't lose your money.

I ordered three short sleeve T-shirts on a promotion. Two shirts arrived and one did not. I’ve contacted them numerous times via email without any reply.
Your computerize shipper tells me it was delivered, which it was not. Unable to get direct customer assistance.

My initial order came with frayed fabric but the team was very helpful in offering me a free replacement. I’m very happy with this product!

Today is Oct 17.24 I ordered three shirts Aug 5.24 at one time it should be a one free come with it, they sent me one piece and another shipment came only two and different size witch I ordered small size but sent me different size also missing free shirt. Asking email back and forth many times still didn’t get my shirt and asked me to write reviews. Lol they ripped you off. Please don’t order anything from this company.

Great quality shirts and service!

My great experience was that I finally received the blazer I wanted. At first, Pjpauljones did not have the blazer that I wanted and we had to exchange a few emails back and forth and eventually they received the brazer and sent it to me. It's my third blazer that I bought from Pjpauljones.

I have been buying from them for years. Great quality, wait for sales and deals change daily so save your favorites and check back often. I have got $40 shirts for $9.99 on several occasions. Sizes run small so one up usually works. I am 6' 1" 250lb dad bod kind of guy and xxl works great.

I chose a garment that still appears in stock on the site, paid for it, then got an email to inform me that it is out of stock, and of course to chose another style that I don't want.
Besides, prices are random, place an order in your basket and leave it here and you will get a sudden 30 % off discount, so if you pay all in time, well you have the feeling of being ripped off. I don't think it is a professional website , I don't know when I 'll get my money back.

I would give zero stars if it was possible.

I placed an order in April, the exact style/colour was not available and a I agreed to replacements that I liked on April 18th. It's now 10th June.

I waited patiently for shipping to NZ, and it never came, the courier tracking provided said failed to deliver for unknown reasons, and gave me a link to another site saying contact customer service.

there was no customer service contact on this site and the tracking number didn't work either.

I am now without 2x shirts and without the money I spent on them, and emails to support keep coming back with the exact same message sent the first time I contacted.

I've no idea what to do, so far looks like I'm not gonna see the money or the clothing.

Slight issue with their stock but customer service sorted it all out!

I have not received any information on my order to track it. When I emailed customer service, I received an email saying that I am on holidays, will be returning on the 6th, have a good time!! Is this customer serviceHello,

Love the quality of my clothes, had 3 tops and have ordered more, not too long on delivery...very good deal with

slight issue with sizing refunding etc but superb customer sorted it out swiftly and amicably with solution to suit all. will definitely buy from PJ again.....soon!

A great attention and always maintaining communication to be able to solve the doubts, I just hope the package arrives soon to be able to enjoy the purchase.

Don't buy from this company. The quality of the clothes is low. Terrible customer service. When I contacted them, they were not helpful and then asked me to review them (what a joke), so here it is. Be warned, it's cheap crap from overseas.

I ordered two identical sweaters in different colors for my twin nephews. Website said both were in stock but only sent the tan one, saying the blue was not available. I asked for a return label. Website says "Easy Returns." 6 emails later all I received was double talk. Only after I threatened to file a complaint with Pay Pal did PJ Paul Jones finally come around. To be fair, they refunded my total purchase price and told me I could keep the sweater I already had.
