Wrong color, no reply
I received the wrong color sweater. When I emailed about the error, I received no reply. Sweater felt rather plastic-y as well.

My perspective
The items I purchased were nice but the denim jacket did not look as good in person as it did in the pictures. The pants are tight but I will eventually be able to fit them. Overall, I’m satisfied but I’d recommend going up a size in certain items.
