Ordered a rowing device. Nor delivery because of 'problems with delivery agent'. Communication that delivery was cancelled and money repaid. No money no device after more than 3 months.

My Advice: Don’t Purchase from this Company
Ordered a multi gym system, due to be delivered on 20th August 2022 and still waiting (6/9), tried contacting customer service who then needed the tracking number from ME!! I sent this to them and have not heard a thing. My advice would be to avoid using this company, I will now have to raise a dispute with my CC company to actually resolve.

Ordered a rowing machine in May. Nothing received and item paid for. Requested refund but still no sign.
Looks like a very elaborate scam.
