Very poor & unprofessional service
Very poor service. They charge you unfair extra professional fees. In website mentions that they help people save money but in reality, it was just fancy words. They are doing broker work. If the medical service center quoted you $100, they are charging you $150 and that's how this business works.
There's a female/male agent there in the philippines (I think her name ariannne), if she contacts you for your inquiry, please be cautious because she is a scammer. She shares higher quotations even though the doctor wasn't aware they charged that much amount of money. Once you paid the advance that agent not answering your calls/emails/ sms.

My experience was a great one, I totality was please, with my services provided by my Dr. Yuliya Viadimirovana Nilonova she is a great plastic surgeon. I am very happy with my results and when I was at their clinic they attend to my needs. recommend them to anyone that is thinking about having plastic surgery.

May we ask which specific service were you unsatisfied? Having been in the medical tourism industry for 12 years now, we take great pride and put the most value in the quality of customer service that we provide, hence, we ask our customers to contact us directly for concerns so that it may be resolved accordingly and promptly. Please understand that the recent decision of PlacidWay towards your center was taken based on compromised trust in our medical tourism partnership. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend our support anymore given the untoward and concerning circumstances of your center raised by the patients themselves.
With regards to supposed fraud/ fake clinics that we have, there is no absolute truth to this. All of our medical partners went through careful screening and are fully licensed, certified and in compliance with the safety measures and ethical standards they must follow. As you may be aware of by now, if one is found to be non-comformable, we do not and will not, in any way, hesitate to remove them from our list of medical providers.
We want to conclude our response by making it very clear that the objective of PlacidWay is to provide reliable and trustworthy customer service taking into highest consideration the welfare of our patients who only deserve such.
Matters like these are taken very seriously by PlacidWay. We ask that you respect the decision we had to take and direct your efforts to the patients where it truly matters.

Placidway helped me find Lasik surgery …
Placidway helped me find Lasik surgery in Italy, and they've arranged the package so well that I didn't have any trouble. Being in a foreign country for the first time, I was anxious, but Placidway staff was there for me whenever I needed it, which calmed my nervousness. Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience. I had breast implants in Mexico in July, and Alicia from placid way helped me by suggesting the best medical center. I was extremely satisfied when I saw the clinic, doctor and complete medical team. Since I wasn't a domestic, and this was a first time taking any procedure abroad, I had a lot of concerns about the surgery. Doctor and nurses were so nice and carying, and all of them spoke English which was really important. Alicia also called me before and after the procedure which meant the world to me.
I had a little bit problem with surgery date after consultation with the doctor, but when I told Alicia that they told me it will be postponed for the next day, I assume she made a call since nurse informed me that the surgery will be performed in two hours.
I'm pleasantly surprised and looking forward to my tummy tuck.

poor communication between companies and patient
The prices they charge is not that much cheaper overall. If you are American, going to Canada or another developed country would be cheaper. Make sure they are part of the Joint Commission where they travel to Washington D.C and where the medical doctors are checked for any complaints or malpractice. Check the medical boards in the country you are planning to get surgery.
I already bought my flight ticket and my friend, we explicity agreed on a date and time of the surgery, but only to have it changed without me being consulted if this was fine with me. The nurses are not well educated and mannered, if they offer a date they cannot keep that was agreement and talked over with the doctor...FIRST! We explicitly made a date for surgery and bought the tickets and now we are stuck! The administrator never ever called me or spoke to me after she changed the date. Now I'm looking for help somewhere else. Placidway never called me and offer anything to make it worth while to work with them again. A nice voice means nothing. Actions speaks louder than words.

Knee replacement Europe
Hello, I am one of the lucky patients that trusted a medical tourism company with he's treatment, and I would do it again!
It was 1 year ago when I was struggling with the decision where to have my knee replacement surgery. The only thing I was clear on was that I wanted to have it done in Europe. After months of research and investigation my mind was not entirely set on something, until I contacted Placidway , I just wanted to see what they have to say in this matter. Dave, 46, NY. Last year I decided to have a plastic surgery done in order to reduce weight and fat, but I wasn't sure what exactly to choose. Never had any plastic surgery done so I was kinda out of the context.
I started to read more, to find some new procedures, to understand how do they work. Still confused, I chose tummy tuck. Surprisingly, my family and friends were really supportive, and my family offered to help me pay for the procedure. Meantime, someone recommended me Placidway; never heard about them. After long conversations and lot of advice, the final decision was: tummy tuck and also liposuction in Mexicali city, Mexico. Two weeks later I was on my way to Mexico.
Maybe a bit afraid, I was really stressed and had some doubts. Thanks to my family and Placidway team they were always there talking to me and explaining me the procedure. The surgeon was really nice, patient with all my questions and a really specialist in plastic surgery. It was a great experience and after almost one year now, I feel beautiful and more confident.
