I am unable to get past the robot to…
I am unable to get past the robot to speak to a customer services person. I don't understand the instructions I am being sent by e-mail, for example 'reconfigure your APN'...HOW? It is beyond frustrating as I have had no use of mobile data since I changed my phone 3 months ago.
My e-mails are answered but the screens aren't the same as they say they will be and I don't understand technical terms.

The agent handled my query quickly but long wait time
The agent handled my query quickly and efficiently once I got through to them. However, the waiting times to speak to someone were quite long, which was frustrating. I was also asked to verify myself with a code even though I was already logged into my account, which felt unnecessary.
Ditch the automated questions - waste of time!
Annoying, laborious, automated questions and answer service to begin with.. but when transferred to an operator she was very pleasant, very swift, very helpful and dealt proficiently with my situation. 10 out of 10 for customer service & 0 out of 10 for the waste of time getting to speak with her.
Positive overall!
Getting to speak to a person was difficult (bots couldn't understand the issue) and took around half an hour on hold. When I did speak to Demi she was very polite and helpful, I received the information and advice I required and feel positive overall about the interaction!
Mis-sold, used phones sent as ‘new’, poor customer service and left without any data or signal for 3 weeks
Mis-led, lied to, no data or signal for 3 weeks, used phones given as new and over charged - awful company. Has been the most utterly disappointing experience of switching to this new provider. Save yourself a load of trouble and stay well clear.
