Plan and Worldpay payment gateway does not ever work
There is an ongoing problem with the Plan Worldpay portal pay link window - it doesn't work, and no one appears to acknowledge this. The button presses and highlights, but never goes through to a payment page. I've been here several times since Plan took over the O2 accounts, and it has never worked. This only needs using when a debit misses - very rare, but does sometimes happen.
On top of that, the human agent I waited to speak to said they sent out a pay link to my email and phone number - both confirmed correct addresses - and nothing came through, and still hasn't. Yet the automated Plan emails and surveys arrive no problem.
However, I'd recommend Plan (and Worldpay) looking into the portal payment gateway issue. I've tried from multiple browsers and devices and am met with the same road block.
If it's designed to not work, why does it exist? Very bad (and pointless) service. The human agent only told me to call the payment line after the pay links they were sending failed to materialise - and this is something I would know to do anyway, so more a confirmation than fresh insight.

Customer Service was very good and helpful. Trying to get through was a pain, 4 times I got cut off, every time it said press 2 for a call back, when I did this it repeated the message so I landed staying on the phone for my call to be answered
Disgraceful Company
Act: 348202 I renewed my contract with Plan.com and they shifted me over to a different network. From O2 to EE as they Plan.com stated, the signal was stronger in my postcode. On Wed June 3, my phone had no service. I rang in and they said, that they had sent a new sim. They did not advise me that I would be sent a new sim, additionally I did not receive one, nor did they advise a switch-over date. They sent a sim which I received on Sat 6 June, being 4 days with no phone service. After 20 emails and hours on the phone with Plan.com, giving me various PUK numbers that do not work. I am still not connected, which is now 7 days of no service, while I'm trying to run a business. It has been extremely stressful with no phone, and no reply on a number of my emails to Plan.com. A disgrace! I've lost two new clients, through no being able to re arrange appts.

Friendly, helpful and reassuring team
I delt with a very friendly and helpful member of the team called Ian Slater, he was very able to help me with all my questions and enquiries I had. I also raised concerns of coverage and drop of services sometimes when out and about and was assured that they are aware of all issues regarding this and are actively being sorted. Since then I have not had any further issues with the services provided and I am very happy to be using them as my phone service provider.

Avoid Plan.com They have terrible…
Avoid Plan.com They have terrible communications in customer services. The AI should be removed. when you get an agent they are someone new and have to go through everything again.
I Have 4 Numbers and in Europe they rarely work. Hit and miss all the time.
This trip was France only data.
Netherland nothing
Belgium calls or just data.
Germany just data then they got it sorted.
Demark and Sweden hit and miss.
Now 3 Weeks in Norway no calls texts and now after 3 weeks no internet.
My I.D mobile works perfect. and costs only £7.00
I get no signal in UK home address either have to connect to wifi calling.
Then when i asked for a PAC code so i can get a service that works they said i need to pay for termination even though i dont get service and had so many problems.
They dont return calls.
Managers dont want to call you back.

Not satisfied
I have been with plan for years, a loyal customer. The last 10 months trying to sort my account out has been awful. There is little in the way of customer incentive when they don't deliver on your contract and a mindfield trying to sort that out. As soon as my contract is at an end I will be going elsewhere. On balance all the customer service team that I have spoken to have been polite, but it took a long time to get resolution to the problems I had.
