Middlemen scsammers.

These guys are a bunch of middlemen scammers.

I switched my business mobile phone contract to them with the assurance that they would pay off my cancellation fee.

The second I switched, my account handler didn't want to know me, I haven't heard from her since.

I was not told that I had to pay the cancellation fee myself and then be reimbursed. I was also not told that I would have to send them the invoice for the cancellation fee to plan.com within 60 days or not be eligible. I was also not told that there would be two separate cancellation fees, one from the network and then one from my previous provider.

Now I'm stuck with a 2.5k contract cancellation fee and stuck in a 4 year contract with plan.com.

Customer service unwilling to help.

AVOID and just get a mobile deal with the network providers directly.

The after sales experience is poor

The after sales experience is poor. You can’t contact any team to help despite supposedly having a dedicated account manager for your business. After several attempts to contact business services leaving messages emails and contacting two different customer service teams I still can’t speak to someone who can help with the issues I am having with my phones. Very disappointing and dissatisfied I don’t recommend plan.com I’m left attempting to contact someone who can actually help each day it’s an absolute joke

First phone call ie sales person great…

First phone call ie sales person great job exactly what I was looking for and the right price
How ever did seem to have a proble. With trying to get help wkth something on the contact number answers really fast. But a recording and askes for your name then nothing happens. Just silance

Can I just say that Leon was amazing…

Can I just say that Leon was amazing from start to finish. I had a problem with my wife’s phone after missing a payment by one day (my fault). The restrictions came in and lost 4G & signal, far enough.

After paying the bill nothing came back on. I rang multiple times and spoke to other lovely advisors, but nothing was getting anywhere. After multiple times I finally got through to Leon, who was kind, upbeat & wanting to sort the problem. He managed to get anything sorted (was a stuck restriction in the system) and everything is now fine.
Very professional and just a lovely down to earth guy.

I definitely owe him a pint or two! Top bloke.

Spammers!

We have the exact same experience as reviewer Jacob Rankine in that we get spam calls from Plan.com from a variety of spoofed numbers almost on a weekly basis. The company are a disgrace.

Epic Fail

I am really frustarted with Plan.com and would not recommend them. Long wait times to speak with help desk personnel only to be bamboozled with technical advice that does not solve the problem. I feel unheard, misunderstood and frankly scammed. Apparently i am stuck in an expensive contract with a phone that can not even make calls abroad and fails to work abroad even though i am paying for the 'bolt on'. Stay away if you have any sense.
