Would highly recommend Jo and Francesca from Planet Finance, they where amazing from start to finish! Having not been on the property ladder for a couple of years, they made me so at ease and dealt with everything for me. Kept me updated with the whole process. With chains involved they managed to get my mortgage through and I completed on my new purchase within just 3 months. Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends. Big thank you again for all your help.

I contacted Jo back in May 2021 as I was looking to get a mortgage but absolutely no idea where to begin. Right from the get go she was on the ball and gave me all the information I needed and reasured me with the process. The whole buying process for us took almost 8 months due to a lengthy and confusing property chain however, Jo and Olivia were always there to help and push the rest of the chain. I would highly recommend them both! I'll deffo be in contact with them for when my fixed rate ends. Thanks guys, much appreciated!

Tom was very professional, he helped us every step of the way when we were purchasing our new home. From giving advise on things we were not sure on to chasing up solicitors when we were struggling to get through to them. He helped us find the perfect mortgage for our financial situation as well as sorted getting us the best deal on our home and life insurance.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with planet finance for my mortgage and I have to say as i am self employed in construction getting a mortgage to begin with wasn’t an easy undertaking at all. I had jo and Tom look after me every step of the way and I have to say I wouldn’t have got trough it all if it wasn’t for the hard work and dedication from them! This is a service I will be highly recommending to not just self employed but anyone looking to get a mortgage it is well worth it🙂

My husband and I first came to Jo as Planet had been highly recommended by a few connections of ours. Being first-time-buyers, we were pretty clueless as to where to start.. Jo literally took all the stress off us and did everything, We didn’t have to worry once, completely stress free experience!

Since then, Jo and Francesca have helped us ever since.. with everything from our residential mortgage, help-to-buy remortgage and now we are about to use Planet's services again for a new Buy-to-Let mortgage.

From the outset the team at Planet were ultra professional and very accommodating. They put me and my wife at ease with some of our concerns about getting a mortgage.
