A service second to none
Having applied for my last mortgage many years ago, I knew I was facing a very different environment this time round - Jo guided me through the whole process, didn't blind me with jargon and answered every question in a comprehensive and friendly manner, even though I must have asked a few stupid one's along the way. Together with superb back up and support from Francesca, they are both a credit to Planet Finance and I would recommend both of them in a heartbeat

I have dealt with Jo and the team at Planet Finance many times over the years, always great service from start to finish, they go above and beyond to make the process as straightforward and hassle free as possible. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my mortgage requirements and would highly recommend!

Highly recommend
Jo McDonald is an amazing mortgage advisor she made the whole process so simple and easy to understand and was really supportive.
I felt completely at ease and was always kept up to date with any updates or changes.
Following from this, Francesca was amazing at finding protection cover for me once my mortgage was in place and again the service was excellent.
Can’t thank them enough, I would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future.
