The quality of the product (ActivPulse Boxing Reflex Ball) is awful - the original price of $50 is laughable - my guess that it is made for less than $1.00, although I paid $19.95. Very disappointed in the product and will never buy anything from this company again. After I ordered this and did not receive it for 2 months, I went on line and read all of the reviews about this company, and that they were scam artists. Too bad I didn't read them earlier, but I doubt this review will ever make it to another buyer's eyes on their website.

Hello my name is Joanne if there was a spot for minus stars I would give this company a 10 minus. I paid $39.95 for the giant balls and they sent me two packages with nothing bigger than a beach ball. I googled the package they sent me you can buy those online at Amazon for $1.99 I have contacted them , I have requested them to send me their address I want to return these jelly balls that they have sent me. At this time they are ignoring my messages. This company is a scam do not order anything from them they do not send you what you ordered. They are trying to tell me that I ordered these two small beach balls for $ 39.95 and on top of that they had a promo that I was supposed to get three.
I am now in the process of waiting to hear from them I will contact the office of consumer protection and Better Business Bureau.

Please do not buy from these Chinese companies that advertise on platforms like Pinterest and never ship. The refund policy says they will refund if the item is not shipped. I asked for it after 2 weeks of no activity on the purchase and the fake name lady "Janet" says that refund is issued only 12 hours since order. Secondly they kept sending same response to buy time to ship and then sent email saying item is shipped, again it was not updated online and finally I asked for tracking number just to realize that they were buying time so they can deny refund. Buyers Beware. Do not buy.

planner shopper ripped me off. No valid email contact. Unable to contact in any way. Have not recieved my order.

The tracking number I got was for a French postal system which no nothing about tthese tracking numbers.
Do shop online....just not at Planet Shopper.

same story here. never received a confirmation of order. When I email they say it's been shipped.. I check USPS waiting package. very long tracking number comes up nothing. Per 'Jane' I am to wait. I think it's a scam! don't order from this company. I had ordered the Big Balls! not happy.... 😡

The items I received was not what I ordered. Trying to return the items received is a nightmare. They stated in an email that what I received was what I ordered but the pictures on my confirmation order shows differently. I am stuck with something I didn’t order, nor want and can’t return. I choose to never do business with this company.

Same scam. Still nothing. Email to customer support came back as undeliverable. Should've ordered from amazon!

Never Recieved the Giant Bubble Ball. Went to the web site and all 3 emails could not be sent. Says it does not exist! I suppose even reviews can be spam.

Steer clear! Same as everyone else. Ordered and paid for Bubble Ball. Inquiries/emails etc.....same story as everyone else. Nothing.

Cindy and Dana, you scare me. I also made a payment for Giant Bubble Balls and I haven’t heared anything since. Before I contact Planetshopper I thought it might be wise to look at the revieuws first. If only had done this before I placed my order.... Well thank you for your revieuws, I now know what to expect. Nothing probably....

Buyer beware ordering from Planet shopper, nothing has been resolved about my order of Amazing Giant Bouncing Balls. They have taken my money and their response was they have fixed the issue and to check my inbox. This was not true nno response at all was sent.

I'm currently in the same cycle as others. Ordered the Giant Ball for my grandkids, whose visit has now come and gone. The original tracking number provided after I heard nothing and contacted them said the item was "on it's way to a USPS shipping center", with a date of May 28, 2020. I was told it was on it's way to me & to please wait a few more days. There were no updates on the tracking through yesterday, June 10, 2020. I responded to the company and told them the item was not "on it's way" as it still hadn't arrived at the USPS & there was no further tracking information. Today, I got an email with the same tracking number which now replaces June 10 for the May 28 date. (take pics of your tracking info - before it disappears). Now it appears it was "sent" through a shipping service on June 10 and I am asked to wait again for a few more days......feeling a scam coming. Others seem to have trouble ordering the Giant ball so maybe that item is coming from out of the country.....Buyer Beware.

Does not ship from the USA, ships from China. Waiting on nearing 2 months for my purchase. Same response after numerous request for a refund. "your package is on your way to you, please wait a few more days". Hasn't even left China!!!! Be wary ordering from this company. I did receive my other orders on time but if you have a problem with an order, they give you nothing but replies of "please wait a few more days". I have written 2 other experiences on this website but they can't be found now. So I will continue to inform the public of this company.

On May 13, from Planet Shopper, I ordered 5 of the big balls advertised on Pinterest. On 5/21 I received an email saying that they had shipped. The email provides a tracking number that is fictitious and comes back as Not Valid. I waited until June 4th to contact them, since I hadn’t received my order. I emailed the support@planetshopper address to see if they had a way to track its location. As of today, I still have received NO answer and of course NO PACKAGE. They of course have my money, but I’m now looking into how I can get it returned to me. Hopefully PayPal will help. Beware of the temptation to purchase from this company. I was taken in by the excitement of how much fun I thought the giant balls would be for my grandkids. I’m very disappointed.

Seems like a lot of fake 5 reviews on here,imo. At the very least suspicious. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

I placed a order April 17th . It is now June 4th still no package and no help with the tracking number given to me. I gave them a 1 star. To bad . The don't have negative star because I would give them a negative 5.

There is no satisfaction from your company reps about where my package is, which was ordered May 10th. A tracking number has been supplied, but it leads to nowhere. USPS says they've created a label, but it's not in the system. And then, there's USPS, which is totally automated and of no help, whatsoever.
I may have to chalk this up as a loss, but I am giving everyone fair warning to stay away!

First time I order and deeply disappointed. Ordered giant bubbles on may 3rd,2020. It is now June 3rd still no delivery. I tried several times to contact client service, only got automated responses.

If anyone has read my review on Planet Shopper and the weak response that I received OVER and Over, I'd like to tell you that once again they emailed me with EXACTLY THE SAME RESPONSE! Nobody from Customer Service gave me any reason why the product never arrived in the first place or why it would take over 4months plus (yes, even China with free post is almost punctual at 3/4weeks!) to be delivered etc... would you believe, nearly 9 months later and THEY'RE STILL ASKING FOR A RETURN OF A PRODUCT I NEVER RECEIVED,NO LONGER LIVE AT THAT ADDRESS, etc etc so I still have no refund!
Do not buy from this fraudulent Company Please!!!!!
