My whole experience from start to finish was very professional and understanding.
I needed advice urgently, they immediately put me at ease and was prompt with their services. I have now recommended to friends and family.

Draft received but NO chase up. Was told at initial meeting that fee of £2500 would be held by intermediary account until finalized. NOT TRUE.YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO FINALISE WITH NO CHASE UP FROM THE COMPANY Draft will sent by email with incorrect executor details. Paid for wills, trust and power of attorney but only incorrect will and trust documents received. Due to husband receiving cancer diagnosis, a year passed before we chased. Had documents reviewed by independent property solicitor who advised trust would not be valid due to non existent bank paperwork. No paperwork re power of attorney received. LOST £2500 with no recompense as no Governing body. AVOID at all costs!

Sherri was so good at explaining every stage of the Will/Trust process, she made every part of it easy to understand. She was easy to get hold of and very prompt with any replies to questions. She also came back to help us fill in all of our paperwork…..nothing was too much trouble. She has such a lovely warm personality that we instantly warmed to. I would recommend Sherri – and have done already – to anyone wanting to put in place a Will or Trust.
