I met with a lovely consultant Natalie and I explained the difficult family situation I was faced with. She listened and understood. Along with that, she gave me great advice on how to manage the situation and recommended certain products to resolve my situation. I will definitely recommend Planow to anyone who wants sound advice.

Mr dean has shown me a lot of patience and was very helpful. Pricing was very competitive!

Dreadful service. Feel we have been scammed. Weeks of continuous mistakes and not told about additional costs. Parted with a lot of money and absolutely disgusted. All very jolly on the phone but feel we were mis sold.

NO we were NOT told about an additional cost AND you still have not advised us as to what that cost is! You have EVENTUALLY sent us information on how to fill out the very long forms but again NO details about where to send cheque, HOW MUCH and who payable to. As I said - shoddy service. I will be taking this further. We were NEVER advised of any additional cost when your representative came to see us.

Sherri arrived on time, was very nice and very professional. Sherri explained everything and answered any questions we asked. We were very happy and would recomend Sherri.

Sherri was excellent when she came. She explained things very clearly and in a very friendly manner. The draft wills were sent to us very quickly. There was a slight problem with a bit of a delay in sending us the completed wills but that was resolved with a quick call to Sherri. Overall an excellent service and good value.

I am delighted to write this review. I met with a young lady called Natalie who was thorough and listened to all my questions, atentitively. I was a little in the dark at first but after she explained the benefit of lasting power of attorneys and family trusts it was a 'no brainer'. I now have this minor weight off our family's shoulders. As expected the first draft was not perfect, but the quality of a company shows in how they get it all to the customer's satisfaction. My problems were patiently and satisfactorily dealt with. We now have mirror Wills that meet my requirements, and in a couple of parts Planow enhanced my requirements.

Explain the will and power of attorney in a good and understanding way kept in touch through out the hole process, l would have no hesitation in recommend to other people

Her intuition and kindness was a blessing as she guided us through a minefield of information that we admitted we were daunted by. We felt that were treated with respect and compassion at the same time as being issued with concise unbiased information. There was no pressure to commit and all advise was offered freely and aimed to meet our requirements. Elderly friends of mine needed a will and funeral arrangements put into place Sherri came to their home and explained all they needed in the most professional manner she was so thoughtful and understanding to their needs as they are 93 and 86 years old I would 100% recommend this lady and the company she represents.
