Quick delivery, was at my door within 5 days! Packaged well, although a little spillage did happen, which is to be expected. The pots are wonderful!! Heavy, well made and vibrantly coloured. I love the mix and match, they work perfectly together. Will definitely order from here again, sometime :)

I have a pet friendly subscription because it was hard to find plants that were safe to keep in the house with my cat. This way i can enjoy the surprise every month when receiving a new plant and don't have to worry about it being toxic to have around my cat.

Awesome. I get a new plant every two months, complete with a pot. Always well packed and plant is always healthy. And pot style changes each time, which is great as have a nice collection!

Love my plants. Good quality. Very well packed. Arrived quickly. Love the information card that you get for each plant. This is a lovely touch that i haven’t got with other companies.

Love my plant! It looks beautiful and is well presented. Pot was an added touch and really gives my room a great feel, and even better, it is safe when my cats decide to take a nibble!

I ordered a choose your own jungle without the pots. After a couple of days I was contacted by text to let me know that one of plant was out of stock and what did I want to exchange it for. There isn't a lot of choice, so I've picked something but I'm not too fond of it.
The parcel arrived a few days after that, not the best packaging in my opinion, 2 of the plants had half the soil out of pot. They're not in very good condition, some leaves are damaged (like chewed by something), nearly all have brown tips and edges. They're not very leafy and they came with fungus gnats. I wouldn't have picked them myself if I saw them in a shop.

I really loved this subscription and would keep it coming forever if I could afford it. I've had it for about 10 months and have 10 gorgeous plants in matching pots. The plants are always unusual plants that I don't often see elsewhere, there's not a single one that I haven't liked! And the pots are a chosen so well to go with the plant. I think I get the subscriotion almost as much as for the pots as for the plants! All my plants are strong and healthy, I've had no problems with any of them, and I have been known to kill most of my house plants before this!

Beautiful and arrived perfectly packaged with care. I recently purchased the Pick Your Own Jungle bundle with pots and all the plants/pots arrived well packaged and looked beautiful. Prior to purchasing had a few queries and emails were replied very promptly. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely purchase again from Plant Pet Club.

Lovely plants - all beautiful and healthy. Great customer service - very friendly, plants came well packaged and timely delivery. Postage was free plus I got a free mini plant. The pots that came along were so pretty and matched my plants. Plus, the price I paid was reasonable. One happy customer here 😊 thank you

I was really excited to order from here as their prices are fairly reasonable - but 2 of my plants were damaged on arrival (one of them has 0 healthy leaves and the other has 50% leaves with damage) and they just said I couldn't return/exchange and refunded 10%.
I won't be ordering from here again.

Plants have always come in great condition and love the info cards. As a complete anti green thumb I can confirm after nearly a year all my plants have actually survived so if you're a newbie I 100% recommend
