The plant was healthy and aesthetically pleasing (areca palm) and the pot that it comes in was much nicer than I was expecting, really great quality and design.
Looking forward to the next box arriving at the door - had no issues with delivery for first one.

I ordered a hoya plant from here - a great specimen arrived wrapped up securely in a box kept upright. The plant was a little smaller than advertised, so Plant Pet Club had included another cute little plant in the box, which I thought was lovely touch. The plants also came with handy care cards. All in all, great service!

Beautiful and healthy plants, a little expensive but hassle free and arrived quickly and well packed. The cute baby succulent that was offered as a free bonus was adorable.

Unfortunately upon receiving the plant it was upside down and soil was everywhere.

Haven't been subscribed for a couple of months, but loved the service while I used it.

While being a bit expensive, they always matched the plants to the pot you received. And when a pot arrived broken (1 time early on) they sent a replacement pronto. I think they have sinced changed the packaging as I never had that issue after.

They send info cards to help you look after the plants, which is the main reason I chose them. You can also select a plant-friendly subscription for non-toxic plants.

Really pleased to receive my subscription plant this week.
I purchased a jungle package a couple of months ago & was so impressed with the quality of the plants & pots compared to other online plant stores that I decided to subscribe.
My new plant pet arrived well packaged & in tip top condition, with a gorgeous ceramic pot to complete the package.
All in all an excellent addition to my expanding urban jungle family. I’m eagerly anticipating next month’s offering & looking forward to opening the box to see which pet plant has been selected for me.

Plants always come in excellent condition. I love being surprised by what plant I get each month. I also love that you can order other plants and get them added into your subscription delivery.

I have ordered three plants of my choice: Scindapsus Pictus, Leuconeura Fascinator Tricolor' and Pilea Glauca Greysy. They have been delivered in one week or so and were packed very well. The ordered plants are beautiful. I have re-planted them the next day in the larger pots and I can see that they are feeling very well. I am so happy with the choice of these plants. Also, I have received detailed instructions on how to look after them and I am enjoying learning them. Thank you very much to the Plant Pet Club for helping me with my new adventure.
